Modernization of education wants a learning model with sophisticated technology, focusing its expertise to be able to talk a lot in the field of work. Related to this, Salafiah Islamic Boarding School which is identical with its old, old education system is considered to be no longer relevant to the development of the times demanded to be able to maintain its existence with renewal efforts which certainly does not leave its characteristics as Salafiah Islamic Boarding School. This research took place in the Salafiah Sa'a Islamic Boarding School, Seberang, Jambi City. This study aims to determine the existence of the Salafiah Islamic Boarding School in the modernization era of education, what constraints faced by the Salafiah Islamic Boarding School in the modernization era of education, and what efforts have been made by the Islamic Boarding School in the era of education. education. The method used in this research is qualitative. The types of data used are primary and secondary. The data source is the informant associated with the existence of the Salafiah Sa' adatuddaren Islamic Boarding School in the era of education modernization, which was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that in the current era of education modernization, the Salafiah Islamic Boarding School 'adatuddaren still exists even though the number has indeed decreased but not too significantly. Religious diversity and customs inherent in community life, but does not mean it makes the pluralistic Indonesian society divided and fragmented. Precisely these differences condition they respect and value between one another. Despite the fact that the majority of Indonesian people are Muslims, but the application of the laws of force in it are not necessarily subject to the laws of Islam alone. In the matter of implementation of the division of the estate, Indonesia's Muslim population is very varied, either by using the Islamic inheritance law as well as the customary inheritance law. Islamic inheritance executed by referring to the rules contained in the Compilation of Islamic Law which is certainly a source of law of the KHI major source of al-Quran and al-Hadith that there must be collaboration mujtahids interpretation of a well-formulated for the benefit of Indonesian Muslims. Musa","doi":"10.30631/innovatio.v18i2.44","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30631/innovatio.v18i2.44","url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to determine: the relationship of pedagogic competence to the creativity of PAI Teachers in junior high schools throughout Jambi; the relationship of work motivation to the creativity of Guru PAI in junior high school in Jambi City; the relationship of pedagogic competence and work motivation to the creativity of PAI Teachers in junior high school all Jambi city together. This research is a quantitative research with correlational approach. The population in this research is all Islamic Religious Education Teachers in junior high school in Jambi City, the sample in this research is 58 teachers. Data collected through questionnaire. Data analysis technique using data normality test analysis, data linearity test, partial correlation test and multiple test. Hypothesis testing using path analysis with significance level a = 0,05. Three conclusions of the research are: 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between Pedagogic Competence with Teacher Creativity with correlation coefficient of 0.728 and contribution 53,1%. 2), a positive relationship between Work Motivation with Teacher Creativity with Coefficient correlation of 0,575 and contribution 31,3%. 3), it was also found positive relationship between Pedagogic Competence and Work Motivation with Teacher Creativity with a correlation coefficient of 0.767 and 58.8% contribution. Another informants are Head of Administration of sub-section, Section Head of the Madrasah Education, employees, and society. Furthermore, the technique of collecting data using interviews, observations and documentation study and data analysis. This research found that first, the Head Office of Religious Affairs Jambi City has a strategy to increase public services in the field of Islamic education, but the Head of the Office of Religious Affairs in Jambi City only involves some personnel clerks. The research was motivated by 1) APBS planning carried out by the Principal was only formulated by school managerial decision makers, was not discussed openly with all existing human resources, 2) there was still limited training by the Principal regarding the preparation of the APBS, 3) Principals had difficulty adjusting the APBS plan with needs, and 4) the assessment of the implementation of the APBS is not effective. This research uses qualitative methods that are based on the philosophy of postpositivism. Data is obtained through participation observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research, it is known that the sources and budget allocations are still limited. there are still problems with the process, namely: a) Still difficult for budget users to specify budget requirements, b) The ability of administrative personnel to manage BOS is limited, c) school budget allocation as a source of school development is still not in accordance with the real needs of schools and d) Limitations of school principals carry out continuous monitoring.
