Rahman","doi":"10.30631/innovatio.v21i2.132","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30631/innovatio.v21i2.132","url":null,"abstract":"Sunnah and Ijma' are among the two propositions of Islamic law used by all schools of Sunni, which by Fazlur Rahman as a neo-modernist gives both specific concepts, and he succeeded in answering orientalists’ criticisms regarding the existence and strengths. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, and includes library research type. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique. The results of this study show that Fazlur Rahman recognizes the Sunnah and Ijma’ as the postulates of Islamic law, and he also describes them based on social and historical conditions critically, and refutes all criticisms and doubts of the orientalists, with the arguments can be proven by facts, data, and spectacular. Women are deemed incapable of being communication leaders to mobilize Islamic Boarding school activities. Contrary to that, this article aims to prove that women's leadership communication patterns can positively impact pesantren activities, even though a female leader faces several problems at the Islamic boarding school. This article uses a descriptive qualitative method based on the leadership observation of Dra. Tiaman at the Ummul Masakin Islamic Boarding School, Jambi. This study also uses in-depth interview techniques and data documentation related to the themes: 1) Leadership, 2) Communication, and 3) Islamic boarding schools. The article reveals that the leadership of women in Islamic boarding schools can positively impact the development of the students' personality and the activities of the Islamic Boarding School because interpersonal communication patterns dominate the communication patterns that are built. Women have the power of wisdom to drive positive things and minimize negative things, such as conflicts or disharmony problems, especially in Islamic educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools. \u0000Abstrak: Realitas pesantren yang identik dengan kiyai dan maskulinitas disebabkan oleh bias gender terhadap kepemimpinan perempuan. Perempuan dianggap tidak cakap menjadi communication leader untuk menggerakkan aktifitas kepesantrenan. Bertentangan dengan itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bahwa pola komunikasi kepemimpinan perempuan mampu memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap aktifitas pesantren, meskipun terdapat berberapa problematika yang dihadapi oleh seorang pemimpin perempuan di pondok pesantren. Artikel ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dari observasi kepemimpinan Dra. Tiaman di pondok pesantren Ummul Masakin, Jambi. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi data yang berkaitan dengan tema: 1) Kepemimpinan, 2) Komunikasi, dan 3) Pondok pesantren. Artikel menyimpulkan bahwa Kepemimpinan perempuan di pondok pesantren dapat memberikan dampak positif kepada pengembangan kepribadian santri dan aktifitas kepesantrenan karena pola komunikasi yang dibangun yang didominasi oleh pola komunikasi interpersonal. One of the sectors affected is education. Educational activities that were initially carried out regularly, due to the Covid-19 pandemic all educational activities were carried out online. This change raises various kinds of stress in the educational institution organization. This study aims to explore stress management at MA Al-Hidayah during the Covid 19 pandemic by reviewing its form, settlement strategy and impact. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation study. The results showed that there were three forms of stress experienced by school principals, teachers, students and parents of students at MA Al-Hidayah during the Covid 19 pandemic, namely stress in the form of frustration, pressure and change. Strategies taken to deal with stress include a) eliminating stressors or stressors, b) controlling the consequences of stress, c) changing individual perceptions of stressors, d) providing moral and social support. While the impact of stress refers to six aspects including a) psychological aspects, b) health aspects, c) performance aspects, d) cognitive aspects, e) emotional aspects and f) behavioral aspects. \u0000Abstrak: Pandemi covid-19 berdampak pada seluruh aspek kehidupan. Salah satu sektor yang terdampak adalah pendidikan. Kegiatan pendidikan yang mulanya dilaksanakan secara tetap muka, karena pandemi covid-19 seluruh kegiatan pendidikan dilaksanakan secara online. Perubahan ini memunculkan berbagai macam stress dalam organisasi lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplore manajemen stress di MA Al-Hidayah pada masa pandemi covid 19 dengan meninjau bentuk, strategi penyelesaian, dan dampaknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat tiga bentuk stress yang dialami oleh kepala sekolah, guru, siswa dan orang tua siswa di MA Al-Hidayah pada masa pandemi covid 19 yaitu stress dalam bentuk frustasi, tekanan, dan perubahan. Strategi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi stress tersebut di antaranya adalah dengan a) menghilangkan stressor atau pemicu stress, b) mengendalikan konsekuensi stress, c) mengubah persepsi individu terhadap stressor, d) memberikan dukungan moral dan sosial. This study aims to analyze how the prophetic leadership concept of the Prophet Muhammad SAW can be applied in organizations. This research was conducted qualitatively with a literature review. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, which consisted of three activities: data analysis, data reduction, and verification. The study results explain that the concept of prophetic leadership is leadership based on prophetic (apostolic) values. The prophetic leadership character of the Prophet Muhammad is known by four characters, namely Fatanah, Amanah, Sidiq, and Tabligh. Apart from these four characters, The Prophet Muhammad SAW is also known as a prophet whom Allah SWT sent to be a mercy for the universe. The implication of the Prophet Muhammad's Prophetic Leadership is that each of his followers is encouraged to imitate these characters and apply them in their daily lives.  \u0000Abstrak: Dalam kajian Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) perlu mengembangkan teori atau konsep kepemimpinan yang berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai Islam, salah satunya adalah konsep kepemimpinan profetik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana konsep kepemimpinan profetik Nabi Muhammad saw yang dapat diterapkan dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan kajian literatur. Analisis data menggunakan model miles dan huberman yang terdiri dari tiga kegiatan, yaitu analisis data, reduksi data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa konsep kepemimpinan profetik adalah kepemimpinan yang didasarkan pada nilai-nilai kenabian (kerasulan). Karakter kepemimpinan profetik Nabi Muhammad saw, dikenal dengan empat karakter, yaitu Fatanah, Amanah, Shidiq, dan Tabligh. Selain empat karakter ini, Nabi Muhammad saw, juga dikenal sebagai nabi yang diutus oleh Allah swt untuk menjadi rahmat bagi semesta alam. A long movement that does not exist in a vacuum arises from recognising women's status to men who have always held an imperial position. This article itself is conducted in a descriptive qualitative technique with a historical thinking approach. The authors found that the imperial position of women is caused by many factors, both religious views that place women lower than men and a gradation in the social movement of education throughout the history of the life of the Indonesian nation, from the pre-independence era to the reformation era. Even the thought of upholding women's rights as equal to men has existed since the pre-independence era, as can be seen from the fantastic Indonesian female figures, not only because of their thoughts and actions that predate their era but also because of their enormous concern. On efforts to emancipate women, such as those carried out by Dewi Sartika or RA. Kartini. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Sources of research data are the principal, the head of the foundation and the Ibtidaiyah Al-Abrar teachers in Makassar City. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The approach taken is phenomenological. The data analysis of this study used qualitative methods, with data analysis carried out by steps, data reduction, data display, and 3) data verification. The data validity test is past due to source triangulation to test the validity of data. Therefore, this study aims to describe students' metacognitive abilities and critical thinking skills in Integrated Islamic Junior High School in Jambi. The writer uses a quantitative approach in this study and survey techniques to collect the data. There are 200 students from various Integrated Islamic Junior High Schools in Jambi involved in this study. After validating the data through validated instruments, the research reveals that: (1) The highest metacognitive ability of students at the Integrated Islamic Junior High School is in Procedural Knowledge (PK), which is an average value of 7.4 in the \"good\" category. Cognition Management (P) and Management of Information Management (IMS), with an average score of 6.6 and 6.5, respectively, are in a suitable category. The lowest metacognitive ability is the ability of self-evaluation ability (3,1) in the \"low\" category, while other abilities are in the \"medium\" category, (2) the critical thinking ability of students at Integrated Islamic Junior High School in Jambi is relatively good. As many as three of the five measured aspects are in the \"good\" category, and the rest (two aspects) are in the \"medium\" category. Thus, no aspect is measured to have the ability with the \"low\" category. However, in reality, there are still criticisms of the inheritance law provisions. This article aims to further examine the issue of qat'hi and zhanni (the final one and the need intrepretation) related to inheritance and how the philosophical values ​​of inheritance law in Islam. The philosophical study referred to in this article is related to the purpose of syara’ to determine the distribution of inheritance in such a way and what philosophical basis and values ​​are used. This article also describes the share of men and women with one to two balances. This article is based on literature study by using textual sources, namely the text of the Qur’an (especially verses on the law of inheritance) as the main reference in the reconstruction of philosophical thinking in Islamic inheritance law. The analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis. So, the philosophical basis and the purpose of inheritance law in Islam is an effort to realize justice in order to achieve mutual benefit for the heirs. However, if a change is needed regarding inheritance law that is relevant to the conditions and situation at the time of the inheritance law decision, there is no harm in providing additional law. \u0000Keywords: Philosophical values, inheritance law, Islam. \u0000  \u0000Abstrak: Hukum waris telah ditentukan dengan sangat jelas dalam Alquran serta ketentuan tersebut juga telah ditetapkan sebagai dasar hukum yang qathi’ oleh jumhur ulama. Akan tetapi realita yang terjadi masih ada kritik terhadap ketentuan hukum waris tersebut. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji lebih jauh masalah qat’hi dan zhanni-nya terkait waris dan bagaimana nilai-nilai filosofis hukum kewarisan dalam Islam. Kajian filosofis yang dimaksud dalam artikel ini terkait tentang tujuan syara' menetapkan pembagian warisan sedemikian rupa dan apa dasar dan nilai filosofis yang digunakan. Artikel ini juga menjelaskan tentang bagian laki-laki dan perempuan dengan perimbangan satu banding dua. Artikel ini berbasis penelitian pustaka dengan menjadikan sumber-sumber tekstual yakni teks Alquran (khusus ayat-ayat tentang hukum kewarisan) sebagai acuan utama dalam rekonstruksi pemikiran filosofis dalam hukum waris Islam. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik analisis deskriptif. Jadi, dasar filosofis dan tujuan hukum waris dalam Islam merupakan suatu upaya untuk mewujudkan keadilan agar tercapai kemashlahatan bersama bagi ahli waris. The analysis approach used is a library research and research results related to online learning policies during the Covid 19 period. This research findings show that the implementation of online learning is still far from what is expected, despite all its advantages and disadvantages. The dynamics experienced either by educators, students or parents is a challenge for the government. The collaboration of educational institutions, students and parents is essential for the success of this program. The impact of online learning in the context of Islamic education is very influential in the process of ordering character and inculcating Islamic values. The stakeholders and all policy makers must encourage this policy so that the learning transformation process can be carried out properly, by utilizing and maximizing the presence of information and communication technology availability. \u0000Keywords: online learning, covid-19 and Islamic education. \u0000Abstrak: Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana dampak kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh yang dicanangkan pemerintah di masa pandemi covid-19 pada pendidikan agama Islam. Analisis dengan menggunakan kajian literatur-literatur kepustakaan dan hasil penelitian  yang terkait dengan kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh jauh di masa Covid 19. Hasil analisis, bahwa implementasi kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh dirasakan masih belum sesuai dengan harapan, terlepas dengan segala kelebihan dan kekuranganya. Dinamika yang dihadapi di masa Covid 19 ini oleh pendidik maupun peserta didik serta orang tua menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi pemerintah. Kolaborasi antara institusi pendidikan, peserta didik dan orang tua sangat diperlukan demi suksesnya program ini. Imbas pembelajaran jarak jauh pada konteks pendidikan Islam sangat berpengaruh dalam proses  pembentukan karakter dan penanaman nilai-nilai ke-Islaman. This research uses descriptive analysis method to analyze and describe the role of women in improving the economic welfare of the family in the perspective of maqashid syariah. Based on the results of the research, it is found that the implication is that the role of women is very positive in improving family welfare and in accordance with the objectives of Islam,; falah (prosperous in the world and the hereafter), and in accordance with the five main elements that must be maintained in Islam, namely hifz ad-din, hifz an. -nafs, hifz al-aql, hifz an-nasl, and hifz al-mall. \u0000Keywords: Islamic law, the role of women, family welfare. \u0000  \u0000Abstrak: Partisipasi peran perempuan dalam dalam dunia kerja tidak hanya berkontribusi terhadap berubahnya pola fikir dan tatanan perekonomian suatu daerah, akan tetapi juga telah memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif untuk menganalisis dan mendiskripsikan peran perempuan dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi keluarga perspektif maqashid syariah.
