The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of principal guidance on teacher performance and compensation on teacher performance, and the influence of principal guidance and compensation simultaneously on the performance of non-civil servant teachers in private sector SMP in Sector I Kabupaten Indramayu. The method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach that uses simple and multiple regression analysis. The result of this research is there is positive and significant influence partially between each independent variable that is principal guidance and compensation to dependent variable that is teacher performance, and there are positive and significant influence between principal coaching variable and compensation simultaneously to performance non civil servant teachers at private junior high schools in Sector I Kabupaten Indramayu. This research is kind of correlation because to know the relation of principal guidance variable (X1), compensation (X2) and teacher performance (Y). While the data collection using questionnaires and analyzed using single regression and multiple regression. Hypothesis testing result obtained by R square value equal to 0,162 indicate that there is influence positively and significant coaching principal and compensation simultaneously to teacher performance equal to 16,2%, the rest from other factor outside of both variable. This research was conducted to find an analysis of the relationship between school principal supervision and work climate with the motivation of elementary school teachers working in Kertasemaya Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency with correlational and regression techniques. The type of research used is quantitative, namely research based on the calculation of numbers or statistics of a variable to be studied separately and then connected. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded (1) there is a positive and significant influence of the principal's leadership style (X1) on Teacher's performance (Y) in Public Elementary Schools in the Haurgeulis District of Indramayu Regency. The magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership style (X1) on Teacher performance (Y) in Public Elementary Schools in the District of Haurgeulis in Indramayu Regency was 6.84% and the rest was influenced by teacher discipline variables and other variables not examined in this study. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of teacher work discipline (X2) on Teacher performance (Y) of Public Elementary Schools in Haurgeulis District, Indramayu Regency. The magnitude of the influence of teacher work discipline (X2) on the performance of Teachers (Y) of Public Elementary Schools in the District of Haurgeulis in Indramayu Regency amounted to the remaining 10.5% influenced by the principal leadership style variables and other variables not examined in this study. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of the principal's leadership style (X1) and teacher work discipline (X2) together on the performance of Teachers (Y) of Public Elementary Schools in the Haurgeulis District of Indramayu Regency. Research design using casuality study. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 60 public junior high school teachers at the Subdistrict Jatibarang Indramayu Regency. The results showed that: (1) The management of facilities and infrastructure had a strong influence on teacher performance, from the correlation coefficient analysis obtained r value = 0.436, meaning that there is a correlation that is moderate. (2) School climate has a moderate effect on teacher performance, from correlation coefficient analysis obtained r value = 0,493, meaning that there is correlation which is moderate.  (3) The management of infrastructure and work facilities simultaneously has a strong effect on the performance of teachers at public junior high school in Jatibarang Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency. The authors suggest, that: (1) In order to maintain the performance of teachers, even further to improve teacher performance to a better direction again. Consideration should be given to maintaining the comfort of school climate through improving interpersonal relationships, system changes and the physical environment surrounding schools. (2) In order to improve the performance of teachers can be done through the provision of learning infrastructure facilities through the management of learning tools. This type of research is descriptive analytical. The population in this study were all state junior high school teachers in Sector 5 in Indramayu District. The number of teachers in the Public Middle School in Sector 5 of Indramayu Regency was 420 people, namely 81 junior high school teachers in Sector 5 in Sector 5 in Indramayu Regency. Data analysis in this study used descriptive data analysis and multiple regression. The results of the study inform that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on teacher performance in the Public Middle School in Sector 5 of Indramayu Regency, and the amount of contribution is 7.4%. (2) there is a positive and significant influence between teacher work motivation on teacher performance in the Public Middle School in Sector 5 of Indramayu Regency, and (2) the amount of contribution is 19%. Problem Based Learning is one of the recommended models in Kurikulum 2013 to strengthen the scientific (scientific) approach. In fact, 70% of grade VII SMP in Kecamatan Waigete do not understand and implement the Problem Based Learning model properly and correctly. Through this PTS, is expected to assist math teacher in; 1) develop and develop syllabuses, 2) develop and develop the Lesson Plans; 3) implementing learning process in accordance with RPP, and PBL model. This school action research (PTS) consists of 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning; acting; observation (observing); and reflecting, then continuing with re-planning (replanning), action, observation, and reflection for the next cycle  (Arikunto, 2011).  From the initial condition (pre-cycle) the achievement of PBL is still 44.44 after the first cycle action is increased to 62.50 with sufficient category. Through a focus on the unfulfilled indicators were used as the study material to determine actions in cycle II. The results of the evaluation in Cycle II showed that the ability of math teachers to implement PBL increased to 86.11 with Very Good categorization. The research method used is the mix-method, which consists of two stages. In the first stage the design of learning is carried out and the second stage of the implementation. The data collection tool used is the observation and test sheets. The results of the study can be concluded (1) the application of picture and picture learning is effective in increasing student activity and student learning outcomes. (2) The process of successful learning with picture and picture is caused by (a). The researcher shared pictures of the verses of the Koran and Hadiths that were made attracting students' attention; (b). After that, the researcher instructs students to answer questions from the researcher by pointing to the picture the teacher has given; c). Teachers and researchers supervise students well so that they are orderly and calm; d). If you can answer the question by showing the picture given time to discuss; e). Penelitian ini mengggunak metode survey dengan studi deskriptif terhadap 35 orang guru sebagai responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket ysng sudah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas, dilengkapi dengan observasi dan wawancara kepada pihak terkait. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi baik parsial maupun ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan motivasi dan disiplin kerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Maknanya semakin tinggi disiplin dan motivasi kerja guru maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja guru. Bertolak dari kondisi tersebut, penulis menyarankan, bahwa: (1) Agar selalu dapat mengikuti perkembangan yang terjadi, maka kepada guru hendaknya tetap semangat untuk menambah dan memperbaharui ilmu pengetahuan. Memberikan keteladanan kepada peserta didik, baik dalam semangat belajar maupun menegakkan disiplin. Setelah motivasi dan disiplin menjadi bagian dari keseharian guru, besar harapan kinerjanya meningkat sehingga mendorong terwujudnya lembaga pendidikan yang bermutu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey method, dengan teknik pengumpulan data angket skala lima kategori Likert, terhadap 65 orang guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap mutu pendidikan. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kompetensi guru terhadap mutu pendidikan. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan partisipatif dan kompetensi guru secara bersama-sama terhadap mutu pendidikan. Dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pada SMA Negeri, para guru perlu memperhatikan masalah penguasaan kompetensinya agar diperoleh efektivitas proses pembelajaran yang lebih optimal. Mutu pendidikan pada SMA Negeri sudah cukup baik, namun demikian masih perlu ditingkatkan agar diperoleh kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan.
