The research method used is the survey method. The population consisted of elementary school teachers totaling 183 people. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula, with the results of the calculation there are 65 teachers as respondents sampling by simple random sampling taken from each school proportionally. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis techniques. Significance test using the F test. The results of the study were obtained, that: (1) There is a positive and significant contribution, the work environment towards the quality of learning; (2) There are positive and significant contributions, teacher work discipline towards learning quality (3) There are positive and significant contributions, the work environment and teacher work discipline simultaneously on the quality of learning. Given the work environment has a significant influence on teacher work discipline, so in order to improve the quality of learning, principals need to help teachers understand correctly the concept of a work environment and teacher work discipline, as well as the concept of quality learning. This can be done by adding insight and knowledge with the inclusion of teachers in professional training. Metode penelitian menggunakan metoda survey terhadap guru. Teknik pengumpulan data selain melaksanakan observasi langsung, mengadakan wawancara dengan pihak terkait dan menyebarkan angket. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap produktivitas kerja guru. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan motivasi berprestasi terhadap produktivitas kerja guru. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja guru. Penulis menyarankan, bahwa: (1) Masih perlu ditingkatkan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah karena terbukti supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan cara menyebarkan angket kepada 104 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunanakan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan analisis statistik, deskriptif dilengkapi dengan analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan integritas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan integritas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi sekolah secara simultan terhadap efektitivitas kerja guru. Beranjak dari kondisi yang ada, penulis menyarankan: (1) Dalam rangka meningkatkan integritas kepemimpinannya, kepala sekolah perlu meningkatkan keterpaduan dalam memimpin serta lebih transparan dalam mengelola sekolah melalui komunikasi rutin dengan guru sebagai mitra kerjanya. (2) Budaya organisasi sekolah juga merupakan salah satu yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kerja guru. The research method used is a survey method in which the authors go directly to the empirical level by distributing questionnaires to 47 teachers. The processing and analysis techniques used are linear and multiple regression. The results of the study show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of the teacher's self-concept on the quality of the learning process (2) There is a positive and significant influence on the teacher's pedagogical competence on the quality of the learning process. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of self-concept and pedagogical competence of teachers together on the quality of the learning process. Therefore, the authors suggest: (1) So that the teacher improves health and appearance because the results of the study show that the weakness of the teacher's self-concept is in the appearance and significance of the body. So that the teacher needs to be given enlightenment related to how to maintain health and fitness through the implementation of joint gymnastics or conducting group discussions related to the dirt to maintain a prime body. The method used is descriptive survey method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses questionnaires that have gone through validity and reliability tests. The results of the study indicate that: Both partially and simultaneously the implementation of management of organizational facilities and communications contribute positively to the quality of education services.
