The method used is descriptive survey method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses questionnaires that have gone through validity and reliability tests. The results of the study indicate that: Both partially and simultaneously the implementation of management of organizational facilities and communications contribute positively to the quality of education services. 摘要

本研究的目的是分析组织设施和沟通管理的实施对教育服务质量的部分和同时的贡献。采用的方法是描述性调查法与定量方法相结合。数据收集技术使用经过效度和信度测试的问卷。研究结果表明:组织设施与沟通管理的部分实施和同时实施对教育服务质量都有积极的贡献。从研究结果出发,提出以下建议:(1)为提高对学生的服务质量,优化现有设施的数量和维护;(2)学校应接纳市民的投诉、建议和期望,以增加对市民的服务,特别是有关改善教育质素的服务;(3)始终与学生家长建立友谊和沟通,共同推动教育服务质量的提高。
