Based on theoretical analysis and taking into account the features and requirements for information and communication future vocational education teacher in the field of agricultural production training, criteria for selection and construction of content-oriented information and communication teacher training are selected. They are the following: determination of this content by the structure of professional activity and object (subject) study; functional completeness; minimum required content; interdisciplinary support and professional expediency; compliance of the complexity of the time allotted for mastering the content with the established methods; typicality; the effectiveness of the elements of the organized training process to motivate future professionals to use ICT in future professional activities; relevance; compliance with the content of the existing educational and methodological support of classes. Research of well-known scientists who deal with future professionals in the field of vocational education training (masters of vocational education, teachers of technology) in higher educational institutions (HEI) is analyzed; the formation of the teacher (lecturer) in the process of training is revealed. \u0000The content and forms of educational motivation, which has specific components, are considered; the statement concerning the reasons of better results of the received knowledge when students consciously aspire to get a profession, to get competencies, to receive pleasure from the process of knowledge, to have material prosperity in the future is substantiated. \u0000Emphasis is placed on the formation of the appropriate level of professional and pedagogical competence, including the basics of pedagogical skills of future professionals in the field of vocational education. \u0000One of the main factors influencing the activities of both students and lecturers is the appropriate scientific and logistical base of higher education, which allows improving the quality of education through the use of various modern technologies, multimedia equipment, and technical means in the educational process. \u0000It is proved that professional in the field of vocational education training is currently based on the formation of the necessary set of competencies: knowledge, skills, and methods of their use, personality traits, and pedagogical values to solve professional and pedagogical issues by mastering new technologies, techniques, and types of professional activities. The main structural components of extracurricular activities in labor education organization methodology are analyzed. They are the following: aim, objectives, functions, content, forms, methods, and means of implementation. \u0000It is proved that the aim of extracurricular activities in labor education is the initial component of its organization methodology, which determines pupils’ knowledge, skills, personal qualities (character traits), and mental, sensory, and motor qualities. General and specific objectives are the means of achieving the goal. The content component of pupils’ extracurricular activities in labor education is determined by the Standard educational program, school curriculum and curricula of labor education, subject, and interdisciplinary groups, electives, labor and creative associations of pupils. Organizational features of extracurricular activities in labor education structure are due to the number of pupils (mass, group, individual forms), and the time of its implementation (regular and periodic classes). To the organization methods of extracurricular activities labor education, we have selected the following teaching methods: upbringing and stimulation of pupils’ cognitive activity and independence. Organization means of pupils’ extracurricular activities in labor education are defined. The authors have identified four stages of his life as a Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Full Professor, Corresponding Member of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine: 1) the primary stage – 1951-1968; 2) the stage of scientific research – 1968-1977; 3) the stage of pedagogical formation – 1977-1997; 4) the stage of active scientific activity – 1997-2013. Every stage of his life is briefly described, the scientists’ scientific views, the results of his scientific research, opinions about the place of drawing in the curriculum are singled out and emphasized; the scientist’s concern about the removal of drawings from the curriculum and the lack of students’ basics of graphic literacy, which are necessary for further technical engineering and computer graphics. The scientist’s views on updating the content of labor training, the inconsistency of the subject title with the world’s needs are analyzed and concretized, and a modern teacher’s main qualities are determined. Moreover, in the course of the research, it has been revealed that among the main tasks that should be included in the content of future labor education (technology) teacher training in higher pedagogical educational institutions, there is students’ readiness to develop technical concepts, gain practical skills, technical and technological knowledge and creative attitude to work. The problems on which the scientist worked are outlined and systematized; V. Its creation contributes to the implementation of state policy in the field of culture and provides the basis for the revival and preservation of embroidery and carpet weaving traditions as the oldest artistic craft. There is a problem of public awareness of the elements of intangible cultural heritage. The reason is the lack of information sources, communication technologies, and educational activities on relevant topics, as well as insufficient motivation to study these issues. \u0000It is emphasized that at the present stage of development of society in the world cultural space, there are significant changes associated with the comprehensive process of globalization, under the pressure of which languages disappear, traditions are forgotten and lost, weakened local cultures are on the verge of extinction. Traditional branches of Ukrainian culture contribute to the preservation of national identity, are a consolidating factor in the development of the nation, as well as an essential component of economic development. \u0000It is emphasized that due to the efforts of talented people, who make up the cultural center of Reshetylivka, the technology of «white-on-white embroidery» in 2017 was included in the National Register of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Ukraine, and «traditions of plant carpet weaving» of Reshetylivka was also included in the National Register of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Ukraine in 2018. To achieve this goal at different stages of scientific research a set of interrelated theoretical methods have been used, which are the following: analysis, classification, generalization of theoretical approaches of national and foreign scientists in the field of philosophy, sociology, pedagogy, and psychology for determining the nature, structure, and features of competence to learn throughout life. The paper aims to reveal the essence of the structure and features of human competence to learn throughout life. The semantic part of the components of the categories «competence», «learning», «human life» as the leading components of the phenomenon «competence to learn throughout life» is characterized. The authors’ formulation of the category «competence of lifelong learning» is given. It is considered as the formation of the person’s integrative quality, which contains components (life maturity, educational orientation, creativity and initiative in solving life situations, a high level of life events) and the formation of personal independence. The basic levels of lifelong learning competence formation are considered: primary, adaptation to the conditions of real-life activity, formation of individual style of educational activity, and ascent to the peaks of professionalism. It is proved that student youth achieve optimal levels of life development due to the formation of the individual’s life maturity and independence. It is indicated that in order to solve the tasks set at the state level to modernize educational processes, it is necessary to work together at all levels. It is proved that conceptually all issues of the organization of educational space are solved on macro-level, real ways of implementation and financing – on meso-level, and the leading role in the arrangement of specific educational premises is played by managers and teachers of educational institutions. Therefore, our research highlights the importance of training future teachers who are able to implement the concept of a New Ukrainian School in all its areas, in particular from the point of view of updating the educational space. \u0000The key aspects of forming the educational space of the New Ukrainian School in terms of comfort, safety and aesthetic appeal are identified. Recommendations are given on the color design of the interior of educational premises for primary, middle and high school students, as well as on color solutions for educational premises for various purposes. \u0000The relevance of zoning the educational environment by centers (discoveries, news, materials, communication, thematic, teachers, silence, creativity, wildlife) of educational activities of participants in the educational process is revealed. The main (permanent) and mobile (variable) zones of the training room are defined, and the approximate equipment of each of them is given. It is proved that the organization of a comfortable educational environment will contribute to the free development of the child’s creative personality. The content of the category ‘future technology teacher’s competence in the application of ethnic design in professional activities’ is stated; it is defined as a complex quality of the future teacher’s personality, aimed at perception, implementation, improvement, and development of innovative methods of presentation of the achievements of ethnic design in everyday practical professional activities in order to effectively and efficiently solve pedagogical problems. The article is aimed at expanding and deepening the issues of ethnic design teacher training, as well as researching the process of making a knot doll of Poltava region. Theoretical analysis of the problem in the professional activity of future technology teacher training has revealed that in recent decades in pedagogical theory and practice much attention has been paid to the artistic and aesthetic aspect of the specialist’s creative personality, mostly by means of decorative and applied arts; instead, research has only recently begun on the use of ethnic design in the process of future technology teacher training. An analysis of recent research and publications has shown that the issue of future technology teacher training by means of making a knot doll, which is an essential component of future technology teachers’ ethnic design skills and mastering the knowledge and skills of making a knot doll of Poltava region is a sign of skill. The study has concluded that the process of making a knot doll of Poltava region can be a tool of ethic design training; it acts as a complex type of creative activity at the intersection of several types of folk art and more broadly - at the intersection of pedagogy and psychology, ethnography and art history. It is substantiated that research activity in a higher pedagogical educational institution is an essential objective condition for the holistic professional competence formation of a science teacher, which ensures the development of the research competence as an important quality of a modern specialist. \u0000The research of Ukrainian scientists on the formation of research competence of future teachers is analyzed, and the requirements of the National Qualifications Framework are highlighted, on the basis of which the category ‘research competence of future teachers of natural sciences’ is defined as an integrative quality of personality that characterizes their readiness to solve research (search, design, consulting, organizational and managerial) tasks by applying methods of scientific knowledge, application of the diagnostic approach in educational, scientific, natural and managerial activities and which is expressed in the unity of value-motivational, cognitive and operational components. \u0000It is proposed to understand the process of systematic accumulation of positive quantitative and qualitative changes under the formation of research competence of future teachers of natural sciences, which allow applicants for higher education to effectively carry out educational, natural science research. The peculiarities of preparation of future teachers for research activities are considered, taking into account the following principles: scientific, systematic, a connection of theory with practice, continuity of the educational process, humanism and provide two main interrelated areas: teaching elements of research work, formation of research experience; actual research, which is conducted under the guidance of teachers.
