The level of professional culture of future bachelors in physical therapy and ergotherapy directly depends on the level of their professional skills, which contributes to the improvement of the specialist's professional qualities and competitiveness in the labor market. \u0000It is noted that the person's existence in the modern world and his attitude towards it depends primarily on culture. In different historical epochs, there is a significant number of cultures, interactions, and interpenetrations that determine the person's life position, worldview, and worldview. In a broad sense, culture is considered to be a set of spiritual and material values and methods of their formation. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate the essence of the concepts «culture» and «professional culture of future bachelors in physical therapy, occupational therapy», to distinguish the elements of professional culture, forms, and types of the culture of specialists. Research methods are analysis of literary sources, generalization, and comparison. \u0000The article clarifies the essence of the concepts «culture», and «professional culture»; the major forms and types of culture are characterized, and the elements of professional culture are analyzed; the professional culture of future bachelors in physical therapy and ergotherapy is interpreted as a complex social and psychological neoplasm that originates in the process of studying at a higher educational institution and is realized during the performance of functional duties, determines worldview orientations, value attitudes, professional possession of knowledge, abilities, skills and the level of professional training of future specialists. Bilanov","doi":"10.33989/2519-8254.2022.12.278997","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33989/2519-8254.2022.12.278997","url":null,"abstract":"In the article, taking into account the deontological aspects of the educational process of students of higher education in the field of health care, the peculiarities of the organization and samples of research activities of students of the Poltava State Medical University are considered; the expediency of using non-auditory forms of scientific work is justified on the example of the functioning of the student scientific society as a necessary component of the process of forming future doctors’ professional competence for self-development and self-realization. The main principles of medical deontology are systematized, which takes into account three types of norms: moral as the object of studying professional ethics; deontological, transmitted orally and manifested in communication and relationships; legal ones, which allow to form the professional competence of the students based on the logical right of doctors to professional dignity and honor and contain normative principles of the doctor’s behavior. \u0000The indisputable principles of scientific research activity of future specialists in the field of health care are defined as the deontological orientation of knowledge, the objectivity of scientific position, which ensures universal significance of science conclusions; the responsibility of young scientists who develop mathematical models of diseases and determine treatment methods together with the doctor; taking into account the general and the individual in the creativity of the scientific team; the impossibility of opposing technology and technical progress to medical thinking, experience, and personal qualities. \u0000Conclusions have been made regarding the fact that the most crucial deontological quality of a future doctor-researcher is a set of appropriate moral norms determined by professional activity, a caring attitude towards the patient and high professionalism, the desire to constantly improve one’s own professional qualifications and scientific literacy; that medical deontology in the process of scientific research activity of future healthcare professionals is expressed in the scientific and ethical potential, in the need for self-improvement in the conditions of further professional activity. It has been found that a significant amount of the content of the ethno cultural activity of humanitarian specialists is mutual based on ethnological and folk-pedagogical components and appropriate technological means. \u0000Based on the provisions of ethno pedagogy and ethno psychology, the specifics and integrity of the system of ethno pedagogical influences on the child are outlined: \u0000– from the period of the mother’s pregnancy to the first days after birth (magical actions of the midwife, choosing a name, behavior of a pregnant woman, etc.); \u0000– during early childhood (mother’s lullaby, methods of physical development, maternal and children's folklore); \u0000– during the period of personality formation and development (family upbringing, the example of father and mother, work skills, economic traits). \u0000A number of tasks are proposed that can be implemented by future specialists in the humanitarian field in the process of educational practices. They are the following: the systematization of folk-pedagogical knowledge and ethno-pedagogical methods of raising children and youth, research of folk-pedagogical aspects (customs, traditions, and rituals), usage of rituals as a complex of ethno cultural actions aimed at self-development in the profession. \u0000It has been concluded that the folk-pedagogical aspect of the content of the ethno cultural activity of future specialists in the humanitarian field has the potential to be implemented in educational practices. It stimulates the study by future historians, philologists, philosophers, and religious experts, culturologists of the basics of folk education of children of different ages, family pedagogy, folk deontology, child studies, and another crucial folk pedagogical knowledge. In the context of international cooperation, this contributes to the establishment of productive forms of interaction, and business relations ensure effective partnership relations with foreign colleagues, etc. The ethno cultural component of humanitarian specialists’ professional activity with people of other nationalities helps to understand the needs of the representatives of different nationalities and to develop the ability to interact with them. The formation of the ethno cultural component of activity enables humanitarian field specialists to understand people's behavior or activities, which are determined by the traditional culture of the ethnic group, have particular discrimination against other people or even danger. The ethno cultural component of a humanitarian field specialist’s work as a teacher or lecturer will provide them with an influence on the negative displays of the ethnic culture of youth and the opportunity to prevent these phenomena. Therefore, this component of the professional activity of specialists is defined as a crucial component of its effectiveness and quality. The study convinces that the formation of the ethno-cultural component of the activities contributes to the cultural integration of representatives of different nationalities into Ukrainian society, and activities related to the implementation of this direction require humanitarian field specialists’ knowledge of the peculiarities of the cultural of many peoples against the background of a deep understanding of Ukrainian culture. \u0000The article proves that the formation of the ethno cultural component as a necessary element of specialists’ activities in the educational process of humanitarian specialties is essential, to begin with, the study of the issue of ethnic cultures and religions of the world, the peculiarities of the psychology of different ethnic groups, migration processes in the world, intercultural communication, ethnic tolerance, national consciousness, identity, history of national state formation. It is possible to implement this task both by introducing new subjects into the curriculum of specialists in the humanitarian field and by adding relevant modules to the content of the educational disciplines available at the HEI («History of Ukraine», «Philosophy», «Cultural Studies», «The Ukrainian Language», «Religious Studies», «Psychology», «History and Theory of Foreign Culture», etc.). That is, the ability to determine the level of formation of professional responsibility in future bachelors of journalism, since only a journalist who meets the requirements of modernity, the life challenges of today, is able to convey to individuals the positive experience of humanity in the optimal way.In accordance with the methodology of organizing and conducting a pedagogical experiment, the criteria, indicators and levels of formation of professional responsibility among future specialists were identified, and it was also clarified how successfully the formative process of increasing professional responsibility is carried out through the participation of subjects in the educational process of a higher education institution. Data characterizing the level of motivation, theoretical knowledge and practical skills of students in relation to the specified activity are needed to develop ways to increase the effectiveness of the formation of professional responsibility among future bachelors of journalism.The formation of professional responsibility in future journalists is determined by the need for a conscious attitude of students to their own professional choice and professional activity.The main task of higher education institutions is «the training of a qualified, competitive, competent, responsible specialist who is fluent in his profession, oriented in related areas of activity, capable of effective work in his profession at the level of world standards, ready for constant professional growth, social and professional mobility» [31, c. 22]. The advantages of using project-based learning are noted, which stimulates the interest of higher education students in solving various production tasks and situations based on their previous experience, creates conditions for increasing students’ motivation and creative self-realization, and develops their intellectual abilities. \u0000The pedagogical conditions for the implementation of project activities by future teachers of vocational education are highlighted, taking into account their level of training and individual capabilities. Classifications of projects are highlighted according to the following essential characteristics: dominant activity, subject-matter areas; the nature of relationships and coordination of the project; the number of project participants, and its duration. Methodological aspects and stages of project implementation in the course of mastering the basics of pedagogical management are revealed. Conclusions have been made regarding the fact that the project learning technology is a modern tool for the personality’s comprehensive development in the course of training future masters of professional education. The usage of technology creates opportunities to combine traditional teaching methods with active and interactive ones. It makes it possible to actualize, integrate and practice acquired knowledge, abilities, and skills. While using project learning technology, the teacher can use a set of search, research, and creative didactic tools. The importance of laying the foundations of soft skills at all stages of educational activities is outlined, which becomes a guarantee of rapid adaptation to the requirements of employers and future professionals’ qualified development, regardless of the chosen field of professional activity in adult life. \u0000The study analyzes different approaches to soft skills formation in the educational process of general secondary education, in particular during the implementation of technological education. The relevance of the proposed study is due to insufficient coverage of promising areas of students’ soft skills during technology classes in the scientific literature. \u0000The purpose of the study is to substantiate the use of pedagogical ergodesign technologies as effective means of soft skills formation in technological education classes at the level of basic secondary education. \u0000It is proven that the technological education industry performs a synthesizing function in the learning process. It is because the issues of projects that are developed and implemented by students in technology classes involve a multi-subject approach; thus, additional conditions are created for the formation of general scientific knowledge, practical skills, and social skills. As a result of scientific research, it is determined that the introduction of ergodesign technologies in the educational process contributes to the activation of students’ educational project activities and can be considered as a pedagogical condition that promotes students’ creative potential, their critical and technical thinking, partnership skills. The author has defined the essence of the following concepts of the research: «spirituality» as a category of human existence that expresses their ability to create culture and self-creation; «professional socialization»‘ as a person’s entering a profession, acquiring specific role knowledge, when the professional role is connected with the division of labor; «institution of higher education» as an institution of professional socialization of an individual, connected with their choice of profession, deepening of worldview and final consolidation of professional social role; «religious socialization» as the process which is performed by society to transmit a system of religious knowledge from generation to generation, orientations, guidelines acquired during the life-creating period of humanity, nation, individual. \u0000The conditions of professional socialization of student youth in the educational space of a higher education institution are highlighted. They are the following: the inclusion of student youth in a creative activating environment and developmental situations, achieving openness of youth in the process of communication and formation of professional competence, active living by an individual of a new personal experience, involving young people in self-analysis and self-evaluation of their own activities, teaching youth self-regulation of their experiences and activities, personal orientation in the process of professional socialization, the system of continuous education. \u0000Eight levels of spiritual development of the individuality of each representative of student youth, which is significant for their professional socialization, are distinguished, i.e., the level of the biological individual; the level of the psycho-physiological individual; the level of the mental individual; the level of the social individual; the level of the individual as a subject of volitional action; the level of the continuous intuitive mind, freedom of will; the level of compassion and empathy, emotional sensitivity and love; the level of transcendence. \u0000Attention is focused on the main concepts of determining the spiritual values of the professional socialization of student youth in the direction of humanistic psychology (A. Maslow, G. Allport, K. Rogers, etc.).","PeriodicalId":130848,"journal":{"name":"Ukrainian professional education","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134408707","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
