Therefore, this article is studying the role of IL-6 in the disease, with the purpose of improving the level of medical treatment through the study of interleukins. This article mainly adopted the experimental method and the control method to test and analyze the signal pathway of IL-6 in stimulating the differentiation of macrophages, and then draw relevant conclusions, and found that it has a catalytic effect in macrophage-mediated fibrosis. Experiments show that the STAT3 in the experiment is greater than 0.5, and the STAT3 signal pathway is positively correlated with the IL-6 concentration.","PeriodicalId":129141,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Medical Science Research","volume":"58 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126261343","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Studies have shown that with the extension of the course of the disease, patients with ulcerative colitis also have an increased chance of colon cancer. Western medicine still lacks specific and effective treatments for this disease, but traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis in continuous in-depth research and testing, has made a series of progress, and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease has the characteristics of high cost performance, fewer adverse reactions, so it is gradually accepted by patients in the clinical treatment. This article intends to summarize the research on oral treatment of ulcerative colitis with traditional Chinese medicine in recent years, and systematically elaborate its related mechanism of action, in order to provide new ideas for the clinical research and diagnosis and treatment of ulcerative colitis in the future.","PeriodicalId":129141,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Medical Science Research","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129150558","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, the application of SQL in hospital statistics is proposed. Use java + spark SQL to read the data information to be counted in the hospital, and have an in-depth understanding of common basic tables and fields, so as to facilitate the smooth completion of subsequent statistical work. Using structured query language, the statistical indicators such as postoperative complications, disease ranking and workload of the surgeon are written into SQL statements, and finally the SQL statement integration results are presented in the form of tables. The experimental results show that compared with the two statistical methods proposed in the literature, the statistical error is reduced by 30.25% and 35.61%.","PeriodicalId":129141,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Medical Science Research","volume":"98 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116881381","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

HCC (Hepatocellular carcinoma) is the fourth most common cause of cancer-related deaths in the world. Exosomes, produced by polyhedra, are extracellular lipid nano-vesicles with various bioactive substances, which contain lipid RNA, DNA and protein. Exosomes produced by tumor cells carry important information about tumor cells. Studies have found that non-coding RNAs, as an important part of exosomes, are involved in the regulation of the tumor microenvironment of HCC, including tumorigenesis, tumor metastasis, angiogenesis, immune regulation and other processes, and play an important role in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of tumors. Therefore, studying the molecular mechanism of MDR and exploring the reversal strategy is a hot topic in tumor research at present. This paper reviews the research progress in this field.","PeriodicalId":129141,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Medical Science Research","volume":"89 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126338263","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through the analysis of blood cell morphology test methods, it is proposed that the value of blood cell morphology test can screen the types of pediatric diseases. Blood cells can be divided into red blood cells, platelets and white blood cells according to their morphology In a normal operation state, the appearance of blood cells is round and smooth without significant change. However, once it is found that the morphology of blood cells or their peripheral fibrous tissue changes, it can be considered that there is a certain degree of body disease in the human body. At the same time, the analysis of blood cell content can provide the basis for disease diagnosis. After the classification of blood cell morphological changes, the number or content of deformed blood cells can be screened. According to the proportion of blood cell morphological changes, the final diagnosis decision of pediatric diseases can be provided.","PeriodicalId":129141,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Medical Science Research","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130576912","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Annually, more than one million people around the world undergo amputation surgery. In the United States alone, 185,000 people lose their limbs due to this type of surgery each year. Amputation may cause many problems in patients' daily lives since they have lost one or more of their limbs, which means that their motor ability will be significantly reduced. Interestingly, after the amputation, many patients report that they can still feel their amputated limb, which, of course, does not exist physically.","PeriodicalId":129141,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Medical Science Research","volume":"359 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131762383","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Methods: Nine subjects with BMI>24 were maintained for 4-week IF 5:2 diet in which they ate restrictedly twice a week, while women or men consuming respectively less than 500 or 700 calories on the fasting days from September 2020 to January 2021. The first four weeks were the control phase, while the last four weeks were the intervention phase, with IF 5:2 diet. Results: All indexes measured were no significant difference during the control phase (P>0.05). In the intervention phase, reductions in body weight (2.678±2.230kg) waist circumference (3.389±2.868cm), hip circumference (2.733±2.560cm), BMI (0.875±0.667) and waist-to-height ratio (0.019±0.015) were observed (P 0.05). Change of the average number of exercise steps, heart rate and sleep scores were not significant (P>0.05). The fullness on the light fasting day increased significantly (P 0.05). Conclusions: These findings demonstrate that a 4-week IF 5:2 diet has a significant weight loss effect for overweight and obese college students, which effectively improves their body shape, without suffering from hunger for a long time. This diet pattern, with high safety and value, suggests a novel approach for weight loss among overweight and obese college students.","PeriodicalId":129141,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Medical Science Research","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124539373","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the growth rate data of fungal pair interaction, the decomposition rate model of lignin fiber based on principal component analysis was established, and the contribution ranking of fungi to decomposition rate was obtained. Then the moisture tolerance data were fitted to find the difference between the water niche width and the competition ranking of fungi.
