This article mainly adopted the experimental method and the control method to test and analyze the signal pathway of IL-6 in stimulating the differentiation of macrophages, and then draw relevant conclusions, and found that it has a catalytic effect in macrophage-mediated fibrosis. Abstract

Alcoholic chronic pancreatitis has become one of the important factors that threaten the safety of human life and endanger human tissue cells for the occurrence and spread of metabolic syndrome diseases. Therefore, this article is studying the role of IL-6 in the disease, with the purpose of improving the level of medical treatment through the study of interleukins.
