In recent years, studies have found that changes in the expression of different miRNAs can affect the osteogenic effects of stem cells. With the in-depth study of its upstream circRNA, it has been found that circRNA can pass it acts as a molecular sponge of microRNA to indirectly regulate osteogenesis, so how to select a suitable and stable circRNA has become the focus of attention. Methods: The clinical data of 86 diabetic patients were analyzed retrospectively. Patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group according to random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. They were given comprehensive treatment such as diabetes education, diet control, exercise therapy, drug therapy and blood glucose monitoring. At the same time, the general situation and SF-36 scale were investigated to analyze the influencing factors. Results: The patients' quality of life improved significantly before and after the intervention, and the scores of general health, physiological function, mental health and vitality were significantly different before and after the intervention. Before and after the intervention, the compliance rate of blood glucose control in the intervention group changed obviously. After 1.5 years of follow-up management and comprehensive intervention, the blood glucose control rate in the intervention group was improved obviously. After adequate preoperative preparation, posterior foraminal resection of cervical disc herniation was performed.[Results] The prolapsed nucleus pulposus tissue was removed successfully, and the pain and numbness symptoms of the patient's neck and shoulder were improved on the first day after surgery, and the surgical incision healed well. Methods: this research selected 124 cases of paranasal sinusitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2017 to July 2019 to undergo X-ray examination and CT coronal scan, and compare the conditions of the patients after the two examination methods. Analysis. In this research, the children who participated in the study were divided into two groups according to the random allocation method. The CT group of pediatric sinusitis patients underwent CT examination, and the X-ray group pediatric sinusitis patients underwent X-ray examination. The CT examination group and X-ray examination were compared and analyzed. The clinical examination effect of the group, so as to compare and analyze the application value of the two examination methods. Results: The positive detection rate of CT group was much higher than that of X-ray examination group. Spiral CT can reconstruct images from different angles at the maximum density, and can be as clear as possible of the lesion location and signs, so as to prepare for the next surgical treatment.
