The analysis was carried out in a high school in Ceará, with the aim of improving the actions of the management core. For this, a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was used, consulting Scielo Brasil and Google Scholar and following the principles of SLR in the analysis of the results. School administration, recognized as an intricate process, required the coordination of various components to establish an efficient teaching environment. This encompassed the management of the institution’s resources, the application of educational policies, the supervision of the teaching staff and the team, interaction with parents and the community, and confirmation that students were progressing and developing effectively. The SWOT Analysis proved to be a valuable tool for school management, contributing to the improvement of the quality of education.","PeriodicalId":125632,"journal":{"name":"RCMOS - Revista Científica Multidisciplinar O Saber","volume":" 23","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140387312","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It was assumed that quality in education is fundamental for the academic and personal development of students. Therefore, the research focused on how institutions can achieve and maintain high standards of quality. The methodology employed in this study involved a literature review that addressed theories and practices related to quality management in educational contexts. Theoretical references and case studies were considered to identify effective strategies for promoting quality. Quality in education, which goes beyond the transmission of knowledge, is a global concern. Quality management in education is a dynamic process that requires commitment and collaboration. Effective school management is crucial for promoting quality education. The implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) is essential to ensure equitable and high-quality education. Quality management in education is an investment in the future.","PeriodicalId":125632,"journal":{"name":"RCMOS - Revista Científica Multidisciplinar O Saber","volume":" 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140386792","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this context, mathematical games: contig 60, multiplication domino, division marathon and integer race, emerged as an educational process, with the aim of promoting teaching and learning through play. As a methodology of qualitative documentary approach, a questionnaire was applied to find out the students’ level of learning, right after, there was a class on the contents of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. As a complement, the games mentioned above were applied. When the questionnaire was applied again, there was a great improvement in the level of learning of the students in this 5th grade class, in relation to the four basic operations of mathematics. Thus, it can be noted that the use of games enabled the construction of students’ knowledge, thus awakening creativity, logical reasoning and their motor skills. Also, through these activities, a greater interest and curiosity in learning mathematics was noticed in the students.","PeriodicalId":125632,"journal":{"name":"RCMOS - Revista Científica Multidisciplinar O Saber","volume":"46 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140236098","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this sense, the general objective is to analyze how the representation of the rubber tapper is transformed into symbols and historical meanings in a square in Porto Velho. The specific objectives are guided by presenting the implicit discourses of the symbolic representation constant in the rubber tappers’ square; and describe how the statue of the rubber tapper present in the square translates the history of the rubber plantation as a spatial and temporal mark of discourse and identity; The theoretical foundation will be subsidized, mainly, by Joutard (2000) and Caldas (1997), regarding Oral History. Bakhtin (2003) about text and discourse, and Nora (1993), about symbols and Memory of places. In the area of methodology, the research was developed via bibliographical research, whose nature of the texts and literature it is possible to locate the premises that meet the scope and object of the study. As a result, it can be inferred that there are a variety of possibilities for interpreting the rubber tapper square, with regard to the representative symbols marked by the rubber tapper statue. Thus, it was concluded that what has already been written about the story told via oral history of the rubber tappers still remain as a symbol of social resistance and identity of the historical character that was created throughout the period of rubber extraction in the Amazon.","PeriodicalId":125632,"journal":{"name":"RCMOS - Revista Científica Multidisciplinar O Saber","volume":"16 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140236173","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to analyze the main difficulties faced by higher education students in understanding and applying ABNT standards, as well as in academic work production. The research is based on a literature review, using a methodological approach to identify, analyze, and synthesize studies on these difficulties. The results reveal that lack of familiarity with ABNT standards, the complexity of the standards, and the scarcity of adequate guidance are challenges faced by students. Therefore, it is necessary for higher education institutions and responsible organizations to promote awareness and provide support in applying ABNT standards from the beginning of students’ academic journey.","PeriodicalId":125632,"journal":{"name":"RCMOS - Revista Científica Multidisciplinar O Saber","volume":"65 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140235923","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Several conditions can lead to rash, with infectious causes being responsible for more than 70% of episodes. Most exanthemas are self-limited, however the correct identification of the etiology has clinical relevance due to the severity and deterioration of the prognosis in case of delay in diagnosis in certain cases, and for public health, considering the potential for contagion of infectious causes. The clinical nonspecificity of exanthematous diseases requires a systematic approach for early diagnosis that includes the collection of a complete anamnesis and a broad and careful physical examination. These are the main instruments for diagnostic elucidation, also allowing guidance for laboratory diagnostic conduct. This study aims to expose the main clinical-epidemiological characteristics of exanthemas, emphasizing that anamnesis and physical examination are the main tools to aid in the differential diagnosis and consequent management of patients affected by exanthematous disease in childhood.","PeriodicalId":125632,"journal":{"name":"RCMOS - Revista Científica Multidisciplinar O Saber","volume":"27 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140245517","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Customer-supplier relationships have undergone profound changes in pattern, due to new trends imposed by world markets. The scope of customer-supplier relationships is expanding, giving rise to other more advanced theories, such as cooperation networks, in which suppliers of suppliers and customers of customers also participate. On the one hand, companies are implementing plans to reduce human labor in their decision-making process and replace them with machines, as maintenance costs are cheap. On the other hand, companies do not argue before the human person, who has the right to work, free choice of work, fair and satisfactory working conditions, and protection against unemployment. The methodology adopted for the development of this work is the exploratory descriptive, which is based on works and documents that exist on the subject. We conclude that there is a need to create synergies. In the decision-making process, companies must look at all aspects inherent to the productivity chain and network management.","PeriodicalId":125632,"journal":{"name":"RCMOS - Revista Científica Multidisciplinar O Saber","volume":"109 S127","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140256915","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the reading room, the methodology applied in children's education focuses on promoting reading as a fundamental practice in student development. Its objectives are to specify, discuss, analyze, and compare what various authors say on the subject. This article seeks to highlight the importance of practical reading with the aim of learning, better understanding oneself, and one's trajectory. Being a space for human formation that promotes interdisciplinarity, the reading room should be considered a construction space where various literary information is gathered with different types of reading, aiming to stimulate the student's desire to become a great researcher or reader, enabling their integration into social contexts through reading and writing. It serves as a socializing, critical environment, ensuring readers the possibility of good expression, a desired capacity in contemporary society. It aims to develop the habit and appreciation for reading, expanding the teacher's knowledge regarding themselves and their experiences in society, fostering critical, personal, and cultural thoughts.","PeriodicalId":125632,"journal":{"name":"RCMOS - Revista Científica Multidisciplinar O Saber","volume":"33 20","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140257718","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
