The research aims to investigate the importance of understanding mathematical language in classroom activities, as a resource to improve learning based on the theory of semiotic representation. One of the major problems highlighted in elementary education concerns the difficulties in learning Mathematics, many of them due to a lack of assimilation on the part of students of the formulas and symbols that make up their language, considering the semiotic system, the register of representation, as an important factor in meeting the functions related to cognition from the representation and conversion of this language. In this sense, the investigation contributes to discussions related to the difficulties presented by students in relation to understanding mathematical language and success in carrying out activities corresponding to the content proposed by the curriculum syllabus for elementary education. This is a literature review using an exploratory descriptive methodology, with a qualitative approach related to the topic, based on research carried out on the main scientific research sites such as Google Scholar and SciElo. Mathematical language comprises a process of translation or conversion from natural language to a formalized language, specific to that discipline. An essential tool in this context is the Total Cost of Ownership model, applied to the acquisition processes of inputs to determine the costs involved and compare the economic viability between domestic and international suppliers. Given the unstable economic scenario and high exchange rate fluctuations, the possibility of nationalizing production is evaluated. The case study method is adopted, characterized as applied and exploratory research, with the objective of generating knowledge for practical application and solving specific problems. This method combines a literature review with exploratory field analysis. The studied company faces a loss of profitability due to rising import costs, reduced demand, and the loss of purchasing power of the national currency against international suppliers. The increase in costs resulting from exchange rate fluctuations necessitates the search for new supply options, primarily in the domestic market, where exchange rate influence is lower. Thus, the nationalization of inputs becomes crucial in business decisions to minimize costs and maintain competitiveness. The results indicate that the nationalization of production using the Total Cost of Ownership model is viable. Initially, bullying and school violence are defined, exploring their multifactorial causes, such as family problems, low self-esteem, and exposure to media violence. The negative consequences for victims, aggressors, and witnesses are highlighted, emphasizing the need for a safe and welcoming school environment. Next, the concept of school inclusion, its principles, and challenges, such as lack of resources and inadequate teacher training, are discussed. The relationship between bullying/violence and exclusion is analyzed, highlighting how these phenomena perpetuate discrimination and compromise the integral development of students. Finally, the article presents strategies to prevent and combat bullying and school violence, such as the implementation of clear policies, teacher training, the creation of dialogue spaces, and the promotion of a culture of peace. Generation Z was characterized by being the generation born between 1990 and the beginning of the 21st century, that is, they had access to technology since childhood. The main characteristics identified in young people of this generation are the passion for technology, agility, multifunctionality, and the preference for living in the virtual world. Furthermore, it was found that these Generation Z students have important work values ​​that differentiate them from other generational strata, but they also appreciate work values ​​in common with other generations, even linked to the digital world, they present possibilities of meeting the purposes of job market in relation to digital access, and the use of social networks as a niche market that technology offers. Through a literature review, the document is a bibliographical and documentary research, which will investigate the main challenges faced by generation z in relation to university education and the job market. The results point to the potential of video games to promote motivation, engagement, and the development of motor, cognitive, and socio-emotional skills. However, challenges such as screen time and the need for pedagogical adaptation are also discussed.
