This research compared the forecasting performance between GM (1,1) and ARIMA models to determine the best method to forecast the number of foreign tourists visit to Indonesia by using limited data. The data used is the national data of foreign tourists arrival in the airport entrance obtained from the BPS Indonesia in the period of 2002 to 2014. From the result of the forecasting accuracy based on RMSE and MAPE showed that GM (1,1) is smaller than of the ARIMA. It indicates that the performance of GM (1,1) is better than ARIMA to forecast the number of foreign tourists visit. Significant performance improvement has been shown and reported in some papers. However, implementation of closed-loop system directly to MPEG Surround (MPS) is still problematic due to the unbalanced-delay filterbank that is used in the MPEG standard which is not appropriate for a closed-loop system that needs synchronisation between the original audio signals with the target audio signals. In this paper, we investigate the delay characteristic of the Quadrature Mirror Filterbank (QMF) which is used in several MPEG standards. Based on this study, a balanced-delay QMF is proposed and tested in a closed-loop MPS system. In the industry, business processes continue to change over time. Changes occur due to consumer demand, technological innovation, and policy changes. Therefore, existing business processes should be able to adapt to any changes. Currently, the design phase is always ignored as the focused point in the business process development. The development process has only focused on the implementation. Hence, in this paper, we propose a method to form a reconfigurable business process model. The method consist of a series of sequential process. The process started with calculating similarity value of business processes based on its structure. Then, we perform the clustering process to the models based on similarity values. From every cluster, we extract the common fragment using dependency graph calculation. The experimental result shows that the proposed method can produce common fragments or reconfigurable models which can be rearranged to its variations. The common fragment has high flexibility and granularity. Thus, this study proposes a system of technical data analysis to movement prediction of Euro to USD using Genetic Algorithm-Neural Network (GANN). To generate a predicted value, Genetic Algorithm searching for the best value of Feed Forward Neural Network (FFNN) trained with the Neural Network method that produced a net to predict. The Validation of predicted results with GANN method based on the degree of accuracy as follows. As located in ring of fire, Indonesia has high potential of geothermal resources. Therefore, geothermal power plant becomes promising solution of power shortage in Indonesia. However, it takes high investment cost to develop geothermal power plant. In order to attract the investors to spend their money in developing geothermal power plant, the Indonesian government applies take or pay scheme in buying electric power from geothermal unit. This scheme is aimed to ensure cost recovery of the unit. When applying take or pay scheme, system operator may use DOPF formulation to make daily operation planning. The DOPF problem is solved using Matlab-based quadratic programming (QP). In fact, OO analysis and design can not fully model mobile agent system. The main problem is crosscutting concerns (CCC) which makes modularization of program can not be clean. Aspect-oriented (AO) approach offers a solution for CCC problems in OO approach. This paper discusses AO approach used to modify an OO agent framework. Architectural design of agent system is proposed to be a fundamental solution. The design started from architectural level to get a comprehensive models. Transformation process from architectural level into implementation level in development of agent framework becomes an important part in the discussion to express clean model. A method that can be implemented to develop agent framework is by using AO to OO refactoring. The refactoring will transform OO agent framework into AO agent framework. The result of research get a zero average clone size (ACS). An instrument with cheaper TGS2611 sensor can be made to monitor biogas concentration. The instrument requires initialization for 60 seconds. TGS2611 sensor output voltage has proportionally changed to the temperature change. Two gas sensors used in the research have 12.125 mV/°C and 12.875 mV/°C of temperature constant. The instrument needs 10 seconds to respond the increase of biogas concentration and needs 25 seconds to respond the decrease of biogas concentration. The instrument which applied for biogas formation monitoring shows that higher temperature on digester B with average temperature 34.48°C, produces more biogas compared to digester A with average temperature 26.98°C after 34 hours of monitoring. Motion capture data synthesis has been used widely to produce these variations by applying the interpolation method. Typical robot navigation is relied on ultrasonic sensor as well as rotary encoder. In this paper, we present 2D map creator system for robot navigation based on Kinect device and rotary encoder. 2D map creator system allows robot for self-mapping the surrounding area while robot is moving around. The output is a 2-dimensional (2D) map representing areas that have been passed by the robot. Next, the map is used by robot to return to home automatically. Moreover, we present a technique in map creator system for robot navigation. The Kinect device and rotary encoder are placed on the robot. The depth image is utilized to distinguish between obstacle and non-obstacle object. The combination between depth image and rotary encoder produce a 2D map used for robot navigation. We use Djikstra algorithm for calculating the shortest way between robot positions and home position. Our system has been tested under laboratory environment. The effective distance range is 60 to 600 Cm. Our rotary encoder sensor is also successfully realized and has average error 5.05%. Our 2D map creator required 1.46 second for every creating map at one location. Also, it has 2.23% of error distance on 2D map. It is about 43.6% of marine accidents is caused by natural factor. There are two point in this research. Point 1 at latitude 5° 55'29.03\" S longitude 110°51'42.88\" E and point 2 at latitude 4°39'41.99\" S longitude 109°10'7.15\" E. Design predictor of significant wave height is using Artificial Neural Network with backpropagation algorithm. The predictor consists of three inputs. They are significant wave height (m); wind speed (m/s) and wind direction (degree). Architecture of Artificial Neural Network is point 1 [3, 6, 1] dan point 2 [3, 3, 1].
