This paper presents the hybrid system's condition in Tagalaya village, Tagalaya Island, includes the potential and constraint factors. The result of the evaluation process of potential hybrid system in Tagalaya village is PV standalone only capable to ward off the 10% load of the installed capacity. The lack of human resources is caused of the low education level. There isn't any cost to maintenance the system in Tagalaya village because the income per head is very low. These are the biggest constraint factors to guarantee system viability.","PeriodicalId":124449,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122053179","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The test tank inner walls had been fitted with perforated acoustical absorbent to avoid echoes. To prove that the test tank is free from scattering, we placed the sound source with 100° aperture in lower corner of the tank, then the hydrophone at calculated reflection angles by using ray-tracing technique at 30°, 40°, 50° and 60°, respectively. The sound frequencies were set both single frequency tone at 200 Hz, 600 Hz and 1000 Hz for narrowband setting and a composite of 500Hz-700Hz-900Hz-1100Hz-1300Hz for broadband settings. The hydrophone arrays were calculated at the sphere coordinate and then transformed into Cartesian to simultaneously record the intensity and frequency of direct and reflected sounds. The results showed that the farther the sensor to the sound intensity was amplified at certain locations. This suggests that the additive reflection occurs at places where they positively superposed. Furthermore, some results indicated that the sound intensity of narrowband signal was higher than those of the broadband at room temperature. We argue that the narrowband signal superposed with the same frequency tends to amplify the energy due to coherence compared to the broadband signal which may suffer more scattering.","PeriodicalId":124449,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124993125","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Kinematic presents the synthesis of three-dimensional computer graphics (3D) into the real world. Microsoft Kinect 3D sensor can help develop research in the field of kinematics by using RGB and depth images that can be used to improve the results of previous studies. Problems encountered in detecting kinematic is to determine the point features that will be used. The problems that exist in previous studies can be reduced by using the depth image generated by the Kinect. Depth image produces a simple shape that is used to simplify and accelerate the detection skeleton that can be used as features in the kinematic. Our method combines the advantages of the two methods, dilatation and star skeleton. Experiments show that our method efficiently and fast to extract the skeleton of a depth image that can be used as the kinematic features.","PeriodicalId":124449,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"117 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123283291","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are many companies and organizations implemented business process oriented information systems. Therefore, the flexibility issues become very important in managing large quantity of business processes because business processes are always changing overtime. There is a need of flexible business process models so that every possible changes can be done easily every time. Flexible business process models are represented by a reconfigurable model. In this paper, we proposed a method to manage business process model variations in order to efficiently develop the business process repository. The variation management is done by storing the common business processes and its variation in the repository. Then, we also propose meta models which contain information about the models stored in the repository. The results show that the meta models support the composition process of a new business process based on the common business process. The variation management has achieved to reduce storage redundancy up to 82%.","PeriodicalId":124449,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128626818","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In a real time warfare game, coordination of NPC troops can create a deeper sense of immersion. Anyhow, multi behavior NPC troops have intelligence for selecting their behavior itself which sometimes does not appropriate to accomplish a team objective. Therefore, in this research we propose to develop smart agent for team coordination to produce better team behavior. Fuzzy coordinator method is employed for team coordination based on smart agent as a leader in attacking scenario. The smart agent coordinates a team strategy with uncoordinated action from the NPC to produce coordinated action for each NPC. Gaussian distribution is used to make variation action of each NPC more natural and unpredictable. The experiment demonstrates the smart agent with fuzzy coordinator who becomes the leader can analyze attack time remaining, health of each NPC and enemy to decide which one has to offense or defense in battle by change decision of each NPC troop to select action that has contribution for team.","PeriodicalId":124449,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128640472","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A cataract will be a serious public health problem as a leading cause of blindness if there is a delay in handling it. In this paper, we discuss about the performing high accuracy of the system for cataract detection using statistical texture analysis and K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN). In training steps, the feature extraction method uses Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) to get the texture feature value of contrast, dissimilarity and uniformity that appearance in the pupil area of the training images. In testing steps, the testing images will be classified using K-NN method to normal or cataract condition. Based on the result of 10 times experiments for 160 eyes images that consist of 40 normal images and 40 cataract images as the training data and 40 normal images and 40 cataract images as the testing data, the statistical texture analysis and K-NN perform high accuracy for detecting cataract with average accuracy 94.5%.","PeriodicalId":124449,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123435135","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The application of lip's shape tracking could be used for speech recognition, lip reading and many multimedia applications. In this paper, a novel adaptive threshold segmentation for six key points lip's feature extraction algorithm is proposed. First, Viola Jones method is used to detects face in an image frame, after that the ROI of mouth is set. Color transformation in RGB space and adaptive threshold are used for lip segmentation. Further step, contour of the segmented lip is defined and filled in with certain color. Finally, the six key points, which are left and right corners, lower point, and three points of the Cupidon's bow of lip are scanned. The performance of the proposed method is satisfactory and compared with existing methods it brings a significant improvement in accuracy.","PeriodicalId":124449,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"94 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127431811","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
