One of the main manifestations of this syndrome is encephalopathy, occurring due to disorders in microcirculation and functioning of the neuronal network, pathways, and synaptic apparatus at the cortical, subcortical and stem levels caused by direct viral invasion, as well as non-specific reactions of cerebral structures to ischemia, hypoxia and viral invasion, determined by the degree of compensatory mechanisms. The purpose of this work is to select possible methods of treating this complication using pharmacotherapy. The tasks are: to study the pathogenesis of this complication; to research literature on the subject of morphological macro- and micro-changes; to review existing treatments; to conduct a study with a control group and analyze the data obtained.","PeriodicalId":12259,"journal":{"name":"Farmacevticheskoe delo i tehnologija lekarstv (Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Technology)","volume":"65 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87174985","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As it is known, large clinical studies are not conducted in pregnant women for ethical reasons. In addition, when prescribing antifungal drugs to pregnant women, doctors often forget that the physiological changes that occur in a woman's body can lead to changes in the pharmacokinetics of these drugs and, consequently, to a change in their effectiveness and safety, which is fraught with consequences not only for the fetus, but also for mother. The purpose of the studies is to evaluate the frequency and quality of using antifungal agents during pregnancy.","PeriodicalId":12259,"journal":{"name":"Farmacevticheskoe delo i tehnologija lekarstv (Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Technology)","volume":"42 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84858428","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
