Paracetamol efficacy in children

Abstract

Hyperthermia is one of the main reasons for seeking medical care in pediatrics, accounting for up to 30 % of all doctor visits by children in general and up to 2/3 of visits by children under the age of three years. The aim of the study is to investigate paracetamol antipyretic efficacy and tolerability in order to identify the possibility of recommending the drug for clinical use.
