The study shows that there are unresolved legal issues that need to be addressed. Therefore, the authors propose to make an addition to Part 1 of Article 166 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and stipulate that the competent subjects nominating candidates for judges of the CC nominate two or more candidates for one seat, which will allow the National Assembly to hold alternative elections and prevent deadlocks. The writers claim that the fairy tale is intended to merge\u0000personal, collective, and public concerns in the individual's awareness,\u0000crystallizing the value dimensions of good and evil, handsome and ugly,\u0000strong and weak, righteous and unjust. Taking the presumption that\u0000socialization is established via the modernization of norms, value\u0000systems, and stereotypes as a result of the historical course of\u0000development that are related to society and individual preferences, the\u0000authors supported the game logic of the multidimensional values of fairy\u0000tales. In this perspective, the fairy tale is regarded as a variety of critical\u0000thinking and a normative manifestation of social behavior, in which\u0000cognitive, value, and ontological mechanisms of the individual's\u0000constant socialization are focused. Taking organs from human is of particular\u0000importance as a form of “using human beings”.
