It\u0000has been claimed that the latest information and communication\u0000technologies have had a substantial impact on that phenomenon. The\u0000advancement of those technologies has made it possible to change the\u0000political and psychological atmosphere of a country via the\u0000readujustment of the image of the politician. Thus, the improvement of\u0000political technologies has led to the qualitatively new and specially\u0000constructed “false charisma” that we deal with now. Our starting point\u0000is that the establishment of the multi-dimensional values of charismatic\u0000leadership functions like a game. Having said that, the multidimensional values of the formation of charismatic leadership have\u0000been analyzed emphasizing the anthropological and civilizational\u0000approaches within the realm of comparative politics. The\u0000relationship between them is shown. The most significant aspects of the\u0000educational process from the point of view of ensuring its quality are\u0000identified and considered in a psychological way. The process of\u0000humanization of higher education through the formation of a \"civilized\u0000ecological mentality\" in a student is presented. Its influence on the formation\u0000of such a “professional mentality”, which ensures the development of the\u0000“proper” professional identity of the student, is noted. Identifying the\u0000benefits and costs of monetary integration, which is the basis of the theory\u0000of optimal currency zones, makes it possible to analyze the expediency of\u0000forming monetary unions between the countries in the world. It is shown that Ameriabank occupies the leading position among the banks studied in terms of CAMEL indicators. The data obtained make it possible to judge the effectiveness of the CAMEL method in rating the functioning of banks. In particular, it argues that the responsibilities of the state in matters of local self-government are mainly related to ensuring the harmonious development of the communities. The article also reveals the impact of factors determining the effectiveness of this state policy on the actual results of the development of the communities.\u0000The article provides an interpretation of the notion of “harmonious development” and, in light of that, analyzes the specific features of such tools for implementation of responsibilities of the state as financial equalization, subsidies and subventions. The laws and decisions adopted by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, pertaining to property addressing, have been studied. The study revealed that there are a number of defaults and omissions in the relevant legal acts, which disrupt the natural process of addressing.
