Abstract

The article is devoted to the disclosure and clarification of the concept, essence and content of the popular law-making initiative as one of the forms of direct democracy. The article discusses a number of theoretical problems that are the subject of this research. As a result of the research, the author came to a number of scientific conclusions, which were reflected in the present article.
