Abstract
The article introduces the results of an empirical study on the
relationship between the manager's management style and the level of
professional burnout of employees, as well as the management style and the
level of subjective well-being of employees.
From the experimental data obtained, it became clear that authoritarian
and democratic management styles correlate with indicators of emotional
exhaustion, depersonalization, professional burnout and subjective wellbeing among employees.
