摘要

企业家精神在不同的历史时期受到各种外部环境因素的制约，并在企业竞争力日益重要的背景下提出与RA创业活动相关的问题。在本文的框架内，在研究相关文献的基础上，提出了创业精神的综合定义，对亚太地区的创业活动状况进行了分析，并提出了根据欧盟统计局-经合组织方法计算的经济实体生存指标，揭示了亚太地区创业活动的相关问题。
