Abstract

The purpose of the article is to study some issues of the implementation of the forms of direct democracy in our country. The current legal regulations, and the approaches, both existing in theory and internationally accepted, to the above-mentioned forms were touched upon in the course of the study. The article reflects the conclusions made as a result of the study.
