Pomazan","doi":"10.30837/nc.2021.2.74","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30837/nc.2021.2.74","url":null,"abstract":"The article is devoted to the review of the experience of the Department of Ukrainian Studies of Kharkiv University of Humanities “People’s Ukrainian Academy” as an integrated structural unit of an innovative educational institution operating on the principles of continuous education. \u0000Considerable attention is paid, in particular, to the practical implementation of this concept in educational activities (the organization of study hours, the development of basic integrated programs in the Ukrainian Language, Ukrainian Literature and Foreign Literature, which cover teaching in both secondary and higher schools), research and educational work on the formation of the modern specialist as an intellectual and worthy individual with his own civic position. \u0000When reviewing the educational and methodological practices of the department, especially highlighted are integrated programs developed by the department academic staff, namely, the integrated programs on the Ukrainian Language, Ukrainian Literature, as well as the program on the History of Foreign Literature. The principles of drawing up these programs are set out in accordance with the task of the most effective implementation of both vertical (from secondary to higher school) and horizontal (interdisciplinaryt) integration. The experience of formation of relations \"university-graduate\" of foreign and Ukrainian universities is described. \u0000The experience of work with graduates of the Kharkiv Humanitarian University \"People's Ukrainian Academy\" is analyzed and summarized, the main directions and forms of cooperation with graduates as stakeholders are revealed. The main tasks and areas of work of such interaction today are: preservation and enhancement of scientific and cultural traditions of the PUA; establishing and expanding contacts between alumni, fostering the spirit of corporatism, mutual assistance and cooperation; participation of graduates in programs for the development of the university, strengthening its material and technical base, supporting scientific research; promotion of successful employment of graduates, their career growth; strengthening and developing loyalty to your Alma Mater, active participation in enhancing its prestige; ensuring the continuity of values that have developed in higher education in the system of interaction \"students-graduates-students\". The structure of the Alumni Association is presented, its goals and objectives are described. The integrity of the corporate educational system of interaction between the People's Ukrainian Academy and alumni is presented in the Program for providing a support system for NUA graduates. \u0000Attention is paid to describing the traditions that unite their graduates around Alma Mater. Most countries of the world are intensively developing and improving the adult education system as an important element of lifelong learning that ensures the development of society. The concept of lifelong education is viewed as a system of the future, which should become the basis for sustainable development, ensuring stability in society, socialization of a person in a changing social environment. Globalization world processes also have a significant impact on education. At the same time, individual education systems should take into account national and cultural characteristics when developing adult education programs so that universalization is combined with existing diversity. \u0000The article analyzes the main directions of adult education such as obtaining a second higher education, business education and training for people of the third age. The specifics of the adult audience, the specifics of the work of teachers, the content of curricula and teaching methods are considered. When writing the article, the experience of working with adults, accumulated at the People's Ukrainian Academy, which is a complex of continuous education, in which the adult education system is logically inscribed, was used and generalized. The need to improve the national system of postgraduate education is expressed. It is noted that continuity is the most important component of the educational process, a necessary condition for the unity and consistency of training. Achievement of continuity is possible only on condition of humanization and democratization of the educational process, competence-based and personal approach, as well as the integrity of physical education curricula. It is noted that the effective solution of these problems is impossible without providing a scientific approach to the organization of physical education classes, both at school and at the university, as well as without the formation of a physical educated personality, which is a problem within the framework of the traditional system of physical education. The main contradictions in the existing system of physical education and the components that negatively affect its development are analyzed. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of continuity are indicated. The article summarizes the experience of teachers of the Department of Physical Education and Sports of the Kharkiv Humanitarian University \"People's Ukrainian Academy\", describes the distinctive features and positive aspects of the system of physical education formed at the academy, as well as possible directions for further improvement of the system of physical education in the context of continuous education. The article analyzes the principles, opportunities and ways of partnership pedagogy as a system of effective interaction between teachers, educators and parents for the purpose of personal development of participants in the educational process. The concepts of \"partnership\", \"partnership pedagogy\", \"social institutions\" in the system of relations between all participants in the educational process (teachers, future educators, employees of preschool educational institutions, parents) are revealed. The paper focuses on the criteria that determine the effectiveness of the idea of developing partnership relations as the most productive system of relations in the context of pedagogical interaction. \u0000The article highlights the social and pedagogical partnership as a separate form of social interaction of an educational institution with individuals and the importance of the determining role of a higher educational institution in the implementation of its personal and developmental functions in the training of future educators, which includes family, teachers, and the administration of educational institutions. The article considers the purpose and objectives of social and pedagogical partnership as the establishment of partnership relations between participants in the educational process to determine the value orientations of joint activities and ways to achieve partnership. To a large extent, this is typical of medicine and related industries that are engaged in the production and operation of biotechnological devices and systems, electronic medical devices and the provision of rehabilitation services in health and social protection systems. \u0000Training of specialists in the field of prosthetics and orthoses for the manufacture of means for the rehabilitation of patients with musculoskeletal disorders. The aim of the work is to highlight the experience of the main stages of training of modern specialists for the prosthetic industry according to international standards. To do this, it is necessary to consider the main approaches to the formation of curricula, the organization of practical training and the scientific component of the training program for prosthetics and orthoses. From 2001 to 2012 according with cooperation program between KNURE and the Ukrainian Research Institute of Prosthetics 5 groups of bachelors and specialists with a total of 72 graduates underwent training under this program, 4 groups with a total of 65 graduates underwent retraining. In order to implement the project \"Creation of prosthetic and orthopedic education in Ukraine\", based on an international agreement between the Ukrainian Research Institute of Prosthetics, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics and the School of Rehabilitation Sciences (NS) began in January 2018 a training program for teachers-trainers for prosthetics and orthoses according to the educational program \"Orthopedic Technologies and Engineering\", developed in accordance with the international standard ISPO category II. The main stages of cooperation, practical and scientific parts for master's training in the specialty \"Orthopedic Technologies and Engineering\" in the specialty 163 – \"Biomedical Engineering\" are considered. In accordance with the international standard ISPO, a program for training specialists in prosthetics and orthoses according to the scientific plan \"Orthopedic Technologies and Engineering\" has been created and started to operate. A correlation between private initiative and State assistance in the formation process of the elementary schools net has been defined and proved by the samples from the history of the elementary education development. Special attention is given to the investigation of R.Owen’s private initiative on people education activity. Three periods in this activity have been identified according to changing R.Owen’s philosophy, publishing new works, searching for new forms of his private initiative on people education activity. New Lenark’s period in his education activity has been considered. The main trends of R.Owen’s education activity in the denoted period have been characterized. The goal of R.Owen’s public and education activity has been determined as paying attention of people and British government to the issue of creating and activity of elementary education schools. Assistance for two British educational specialists has been defined as one of the main trends in R.Owen’s education activity. Taking a part in the creating standards base of the elementary education development including Factory Acts (1802-1819) has been described as a considerable contribution in R.Owen’s education activity. R.Owen as a founder of kindergarten in Great Britain in 1816 ( a part of his Institute) has been ascertained in the investigation. R.Owen’s studying both native and foreign educational specialists experience has been pronounced the significant part of his education activity. It is concluded that elementary education school activity in Great Britain of the 19th century is characterized by private initiative. It analyses motives which induce future teachers to independence in the training in the university. Successful learning of students, first of all, depends on the development of their professional orientation. High professional orientation of students, readiness to consciously form professional qualities is a necessary condition for training competent professionals. However, in the first semester the student is focused on gaining a foothold as a student. As a result, there is a need to pay attention to learning motivation which affects the attitude to learning and determines the optimal course of the process of adaptation of students.            Therefore, in order for students to study carefully and effectively, they must be interested in learning, show interest in it. It is well known that a large percentage of freshmen at the beginning of training feel insecurity and anxiety, which are the reason for lowering the level of demands and self-esteem of personal qualities. The experience of success-failure in the activity affects its quality and desire to continue to pay attention to it. The formation of motivation for independent learning of students eliminates inertia in the self-activation of mental activity and promotes the formation of professional motivation.
