Puhach","doi":"10.30837/nc.2021.1.90","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30837/nc.2021.1.90","url":null,"abstract":"Considered the possibilities of test control with the use of infographics are considered, which allow: to take into account specific features of the discipline; solve the problem of improving the perception, understanding and memorization of information; compactly provide large amounts of information; to strengthen the motivation to study the discipline; intensify the learning process; to realize the creative potential of cadets (students) and teachers through educational material. \u0000The analysis results and generalization are presented of the experience of conducting online testing of the level of formation of information and graphic competencies of cadets (students) are given. The advantages and disadvantages of closed-loop testing are analyzed. {"title":"Scientific and practical aspects of preservation of architectural and urban heritage in the development of modern architectural and restoration education","authors":"K. Training issues of restoration specialists of real estate consideration is an important area of architectural higher education due to the need to replenish personnel for the development of scientific-, design- and professional activity spheres. The interdependence of the spheres of science, practice and education is a necessary condition for the preservation of cultural heritage, which currently exists as one of the important indicators of the state's cultural policy. The problem of mastering the architectural and urban planning heritage consists in the need to consider two opposing tendencies: the protection of the primary uniqueness of an architectural monument and the development of a historical urban environment with the involvement of modern architecture techniques, as a result of which historical authenticity is gradually lost and the urban environment is acquiring an increasingly universal and international character. In contemporary architectural design this problem is solved at the stage of developing urban planning documentation and detailed plans for the territory of historical areas, considering the system of restrictions on architectural and urban planning activities in the protection zones of cultural heritage objects of different use modes. The educational programs of the KhNUCEA Department of Reconstruction and Restoration of Architectural Objects have been developed considering professional competencies, aimed at mastering the world experience of achievements in the field of architectural and restoration education while maintaining the traditions that have developed over the years of the architectural education existence in Kharkov. {"title":"Features of ethno-oriented language learning","authors":"T. Laguta, O. Verzhanskaya","doi":"10.30837/nc.2021.1.109","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30837/nc.2021.1.109","url":null,"abstract":"The article is devoted to the peculiarities of ethno-oriented language teaching of foreign students. The definition of communicative ethnostistics is given, its object and subject are considered. The urgency of the problem is substantiated. The aim of the work is to consider different styles of national communication, as well as the parameters that are used to describe the national style of communication. Two main types of language acquisition are considered − communicative and non-communicative. Listeners of the communicative type prefer an intuitive way of learning the language, they easily learn the language during verbal communication. In most cases, they do not need deep theoretical explanations of the language material; they work successfully when attention is directed not to the learning process itself, but to its content side. Students of the non-communicative type are more inclined to analyze linguistic material, to identify logical and grammatical patterns in the language. It is emphasized that taking into account the ethnopsychological characteristics, mentality, national and cultural experience of representatives of different countries contributes to the organization of an effective educational process in a foreign audience and high-quality preparation of foreign students for successful communication. It is concluded that the national traditions of education and the associated styles of language acquisition must be taken into account already in teaching the Ukrainian language at the preparatory stage, which will optimize the process of learning the Ukrainian language. An ethno-oriented approach to teaching Ukrainian as a foreign language will allow teachers to adequately understand foreign students; to determine the effectiveness of the most acceptable forms and methods of teaching for representatives of a certain ethnic group; provide concrete assistance in solving problems of adaptation to a new socio-cultural environment; identify the difficulties that representatives of different ethnic groups face during language acquisition. Attention is drawn to the role of social and humanitarian disciplines in the process of forming general and universal competencies of a modern specialist. Soft skills have a fairly wide range: linguistic, social, entrepreneurial, communicative, life cognitive and informational, etc.The ways of formation of these competence components in students in the study of the disciplines of the humanitarian cycle are analyzed. It is noted that all academic disciplines that are taught at the department have and successfully embody the educational component. The author analyzes the activities that contribute to the implementation of national-patriotic, spiritual, legal, moral and other types of education in a modern university both during classes and outside the classroom.Emphasis is placed on cooperation with the Center for Military-Patriotic Education of KNUSA, in particular, the implementation of the principle of historical and social memory. The Gender Education Center complements the educational process with coverage of gender issues. Relevant aspects of the education of modern students, which the department embodies by holding round tables by the Student Scientific Society of the Clio Department, conversations in dormitories and informing during classrooms, is the coverage of the process of European integration, the importance of countering racism, xenophobia and extremism. \u0000The necessity of the institution of curators-mentors in educational work with students is emphasized. Stating the active development of various aspects of the problem that we are investigating, we can conclude that the problem of adaptation of students to online learning using distance learning technologies and the difficulties that arise in this case have not yet become the subject of a special study. Questions about the effectiveness of distance or blended learning and the role of personal qualities of teachers and curators in the educational process are determined by primary importance of the problems of education and training at this stage of development of modern Ukraine. And also problems of training of experts. able to solve these problems \u0000Recently, the problems caused by existing large hydraulic structures are increasingly mentioned. The main problem is that the nodes of hydraulic structures often form artificial reservoirs of a large plane. It often happens that the depths of reservoirs are insignificant. This situation is very unsatisfactory because the land is used irrationally. which is a valuable resource and has a high cost and can be used effectively for agriculture. Creation of hydraulic structures, complexes of hydraulic structures significantly change the hydrological, biological. salt and thermal regimes of the river on which they are built, the regime of groundwater movement, cause climate change in the surrounding areas. Cascades of hydraulic structures have a special influence. As an example, we can cite the Dnieper cascade of hydroelectric power plants and compare the area of its reservoirs and the amount of electricity generated by its power plants with the world's largest hydroelectric power plants. \u0000In addition, shallow water bodies cause a significant deterioration in water quality. And since reservoirs are often a source of water supply for settlements and industrial enterprises, this situation is controversial. Intensive construction of hydraulic structures and their complexes took place during the twentieth century, many of them exhausted their resources and needed either reconstruction or decommissioning. The reasons for this state of affairs are the development of technology, the emergence and development of other alternative energy sources for thermal and nuclear power plants, other than hydraulic. Also, since the construction of many buildings, approaches to determining their profitability and efficiency have changed. \u0000Aspects of training specialists in hydraulic engineering and water engineering, able to solve these problems of the industry today, and those that will face them in the near future are considered. The ability of a competent professional to anticipate the consequences of any action must be an integral part of it. The introduction of new technologies, the creation of information and educational environment, the involvement of active learning methods, design and distance technologies open new prospects for improving the efficiency of the educational process. At the same time, the shortcomings in using new technologies, especially distance learning, reduce the productivity of learning due to the unusualness and the need to adapt both sides of the educational process. Real communication, emotional contact, use of material objects and devices are an integral part of effective mixed education. \u0000These shortcomings can be overcome and the productivity of the educational process can be increased through the introduction of blended learning, which allows combining the advantages of traditional (full-time) and distance education, rational use of study time, increase student prepairing through the optimal ratio of online and classroom activities. Mixed learning systems have already been implemented in the West, the results of existing research confirm the high efficiency of this model of education, which opens a new space for both students and teachers, bringing the effectiveness of higher education to a new level. However, such a result is possible only if the whole list of technical and pedagogical requirements to which this article is devoted is satisfied. \u0000The article examines the basic requirements for the effective functioning of mixed learning in higher education. The components of pedagogical competence of the teacher, which are necessary for the implementation of the system of mixed learning, are identified and the potential ways of their development are given.
