摘要

本文分析了哈尔科夫人文大学“乌克兰人民学院”前三十年活动的某些方面,这是乌克兰第一个实施终身学习模式的私立科学和教育综合体。对教育机构对国家教育制度发展的贡献、对教育改革的影响、社会伙伴关系的研究、分析、发展和实施、教育的一种新的社会功能等关注领域进行了考虑。特别注意有必要借鉴1990年代初乌克兰由于剧烈的政治和社会经济变化而出现的创新教育结构的做法和经验。此外,强调了对最佳做法和那些由于规模小而未能达到预期而没有导致质量下降的实验和创新的研究。
