These include the teacher's inability to work with new educational technologies, the low level of information culture among individual teachers, psychological problems, the inability to organize joint cognitive activities with students, and others. The content of special training of teachers for the conditions of distance learning is proposed. It was noted that professional development should become a continuous and constant process. The tasks of the advanced training system have been updated, namely: training teachers in the ideology of distance learning, studying the organizational and technological environment, continuous assimilation of promising information technologies of education, continuous training in the latest achievements of psychology and pedagogy, training in forms of control of students' knowledge. The skills of a teacher necessary for the successful organization of communicative interaction with students in the distance learning system are considered.For the successful organization of communicative interaction with students in the distance learning system, the teacher must be able to apply the forms of verbal and non-verbal communication; conduct a virtual discussion, establish contact with the audience on-line; involve in discussion, expressing one's own opinion and establishing interpersonal interaction; conduct training sessions taking into account the psychological characteristics of student behavior in a virtual environment; find an individual approach to students during distance learning; create a positive emotional atmosphere between the subjects of distance learning. Prospects for further research are in the development and creation of a special adaptation program for teachers who teach in a distance learning environment. The article reveals the formation of Georgiy Kirpa’s character, his childhood, that was anything but simple. Much attention is paid to G. Kirpa’s training at the Kharkiv Institute of Railway Engineers. The main stages of Georgiy Mykolayovych Kirpa’s activity at the Ukrainian railways have been studied – from a duty officer at the Chop station to the General Director of Ukrzaliznytsia. The article also reveals the challenges that the Ukrainian railway transport faced during the formation of statehood and the role of Georgiy Mykolayovych Kirpa in overcoming the difficulties and establishing effective operation of the Ukrainian railway. A special place in the article is dedicated to the work of G.M. Kirpy as the Minister of Transport of Ukraine, the implementation of large-scale projects, such as the Kyiv-Odessa highway, the Danube-Black Sea shipping canal, the development of high-speed traffic and the renewal of the rolling stock of the Ukrainian railways, the construction of a border outpost on the Tuzla Island and many others. The role of G.M. Kirpa in the construction of social, cultural, spiritual objects in Ukraine is described. The experience of forming an effective team of railway professionals under Georgiy Mykolayovych’s leadership has been studied. The state standard defines a complex of musical competencies that schoolchildren must master. In solving this problem, it was suggested to use socio-psychological training. \u0000Within the framework of this issue, a study was conducted on the basis of the educational and scientific laboratory of extreme and crisis psychology of the research center of the National University of Civil Defense of Ukraine. Rescuers took part in it, were directly involved in the elimination of the consequences of emergencies. \u0000In order to restore the psychological stability of rescuers, specialists of the training and research laboratory of extreme and crisis psychology of the research center of NUCDU developed a socio-psychological training with a clear structure that corresponds to the professional activities of hazardous professions, including rescuers. \u0000During the study of the influence of psychological training technologies on the personality of specialists of emergency rescue units, a methodical algorithm was used: the method of observation, questionnaires, the method of color choices, the method of \"Anxiety Research\" Ch.D. The main methods of using the latest information technologies in the educational process of higher education institutions are considered. The traditional method is to teach with fragmentary use of computers to demonstrate illustrative materials, control knowledge, test, and so on. The basis of the non-traditional method is research work in computer laboratories, computational experiments, the formation of analytical reports or databases. The main priorities of the use of IT in the educational process of the State Biotechnological University are: increasing the efficiency of educational and cognitive activities of students; operational control of the level of knowledge, diagnosing errors; self-realization of personality; additional communication opportunities; research work and search for statistical material; free choice of forms and methods of teaching. \u0000It is concluded that information technologies in the educational process perform educational, upbringing and research functions. Use of information technology allows to create a fundamentally new information educational sphere. Children mastered abilities and habits at the work. Pestalozzi was against one-sided education. Such education is not natural and anti-humane education. All humane inclinations are interacting between ourselves. Therefore comprehensive education is natural education. Pestalozzi aspired to simplicity and clearness in education. Therefore children easily mastered knowledge and teached of others. Elementary method of education helped to raise level of literacy among poor children. Pestalozzi much attention spared for physical development of child. The gymnastics is assisting to mental and aesthetic and moral development of pupil. Maternal education is playing a very important part for harmonic development of child. Mother are natural teacher for child. She with kindness in heart are educating her child. Pestalozzi dedicated to the mother their works. Pedagog developed sense of beauty in children. Pupils studied singing and drawing. Children singed folk songs and drowed nature. Pestalozzi related for children folk tales and legends. Pedagog developed kind and clever and creative personalities. The author attributes the necessity to implement changes in the sphere to a higher level of individualism in the modern society and young people’s urge to self-fulfillment and self-realization. The paper reviews most common existing forms of students’ public organizations: parliaments, councils, unions and clubs. The author highlights that nowadays they tend to perform the advisory function in education institutions, or their activity is limited to actually being social clubs for interest groups. Frequently, they are not designed to handle strategic tasks education institutions and students communities are facing. \u0000Following the guidelines the new Ukrainian Law on Higher Education puts forward, the author addresses the experience of Kharkiv University of Humanities “People’s Ukrainian Academy” in organizing pupils’ and students’ self-governance, and the practice of its public organizations. The author attempts to analyze how effective the current system is, whether its organizational principles and forms are up-to-date, to what extent they meet students’ needs and expectations. The author shares PUA’s experience in the work on training and educating youth leaders, explicates how naturally they make up constituent part of the university education and pedagogical system, how successfully they cooperate with other teachers’ and pupils’ public organizations of the complex of continuous education. The demand for the idea of social partnership in educational sphere as an effective factor in ensuring stability and further development of educational systems has been substantiated. The potential of classical sociological theories in the study of social partnership is revealed, the main theoretical aspects of the implementation of social partnership in educational sphere are determined. The directions of the research developments of domestic scientists on the state and trends in the development of social partnership, reforming higher education based on the consolidation of efforts of stakeholders, technologies of social partnership, stakeholder relations, problems of trust in educational sphere are presented. \u0000The analysis of theoretical developments and practical implementation of intermediate results of research and experimental work within the framework of the experiment is presented. Attention is drawn to such types of social partnership in education, which define partnership as a system of relationships between the subjects of the educational process and the educational institution; partnership as a level of the organization of relations between an educational institution and external social structures. \u0000The effective principles of joint activities are highlighted such as: consistency; voluntariness; trust; interrelation and interdependence of actions of stakeholders; flexibility and mobility; continuity, common values. Organizational and coordinating forms of social partnership have been determined, which have already proven their effectiveness. Among them, the following can be found: a board of trustees, an advisory board on financial and investment issues, a resource center for social partnership at the regional level; resource center for social partnership on the basis of an educational institution; a council of partners of the educational institution.
