The research used methods – comparative historical, analysis, synthesis. \u0000In the article, the author revealed the key concept as a person's ability to understand and use financial skills, including managing personal finances, budgeting and investing, understanding certain financial principles and concepts such as: time value of money, compound interest, debt management and financial planning. \u0000The author noted in the article that Ivan Prokopenko paid considerable attention to the formation of students' financial literacy, the implementation of European standards of understanding and technologies for the formation of this competence. \u0000It is also stated that in the context of the formation of personal financial literacy in the educational process, I. Prokopenko stood for the positions of people-centeredness and a systemic approach. In developing the issue of meaningful and methodical support, the academician oriented the applicants to the formation of the ability to make conscious financial decisions. In this regard, issues of social and economic security, financial independence became crucial. This vision became the basis for the implementation of the initiative to introduce an individual learning trajectory for students of different levels of education at the G. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University \u0000The comparative analysis made it possible to distinguish the worldview target component, the practical competence component, and the strategic subject component in the content of the studied concept. In the research work of I. Prokopenko, U. Baitsakhan, M. Demertzis, A.T. Pasha, H. Picatosta, E.M. That is why the training of pedagogical personnel is so important, as a result of which they must master a high level of professional competence, methodological thinking, general and professional culture, professionally significant personality qualities, and a creative approach to teaching and education. \u0000Integrating, these qualities form the teacher's pedagogical skill, which ensures a high level of his professional and pedagogical activity on a reflective basis. The fulfillment of this historic mission in the training of pedagogical personnel, so that students mastered the special art of teaching and educating others and self-learning throughout life, was directed by an outstanding scientist, a well-known specialist in the field of new pedagogical technologies of learning and education, economic theory, philosophy of education, the rector of the Kharkiv National Pedagogical University named after G. S. Skovorody from 1980 to 2020 Ivan Fedorovich Prokopenko. He believed that every teacher should possess a set of personal qualities that ensure a high level of self-organization of a teacher's professional activity. Among these qualities, artistry occupies a special place as one of the important professional components. \u0000Summarizing the views of the authors on the definition of this phenomenon, it was concluded that the teacher's pedagogical artistry is a high level of pedagogical activity, which is manifested in the teacher's ability to vividly, emotionally, uniquely convey the educational material, using all his experience, competence and pedagogical technologies. \u0000The professional activity of a teacher should include not only friendly communication, harmony of mind and feelings, but also pedagogical mastery at the level of art, which is ensured by a high degree of development of professionally necessary qualities, abilities, skills and, in particular, pedagogical artistry. Therefore, the formation of pedagogical artistry is one of the tasks of training. The result of artistic teaching is the formation of students' motivational and valuable attitude to the content of education. The purpose of the article is to determine the role and significance of the use of information and communication technologies in the training of music-pedagogical workers in the process of education in the People's Republic of China. \u0000The regulatory documents of the People's Republic of China that determine the development and implementation of computer technologies in the educational process of higher education institutions were analyzed, in particular: \"Action Plan for Informatization of Education 2.0\" (2018), \"Order on the Proper Organization and Management of Online Education in Colleges and Universities during pandemic period\" (2020), \"Specifications for the construction of digital campuses in colleges and universities (project) (2021), the national standard \"Chinese Information Technology Coding Set\" (2022), etc. \u0000The task of the action plan for the informatization of education in the country has been revealed. Based on the analysis of the scientific and pedagogical literature, the features and advantages of using the Internet+ technology were determined. \u0000The following modern models of teaching musical disciplines at the university using information and communication technologies are presented and characterized: \"Musical catechism\", \"Musical micro-lessons\", \"Public open platform WeChat\", \"Mobile APPs\". \u0000It was concluded that the use of modern information and communication technologies in the training of music and pedagogical workers in the process of education in the People's Republic of China contributes to the improvement of the quality of the process and results of education, the formation of information and communication competence among students, and readiness for the wide use of modern technologies in future professional activities. If now this direction is guided by movement \"from a problem to knowledge\", the author offers as an educational technique to take movement \"from representation about a principle of action of the technical device\" to \"comprehension in him of functions of physical processes\" and to \"mastering of knowledge about physical processes \". Concerning technical devices the new concept \"polymovment\" is entered. It occurs from \"poly\" – much, and \"movement\" – to move and means such samples of engineering or technology, in which some subsystems using the simultaneously different forms of movement work. \u0000The separate illustrations of the physical phenomena in the plan of studing are poorly effective, as have single character and are connected to isolated examples. By more effective from the point of view the mastering of knowledge, is illumination of the interconnected phenomena, which display a principle of action polymovment of the technical device. According to the holistic approach, person's mental structure is manifested in the unity of mental activity, emotional-sensory and volitional spheres. This involves setting both educational and developmental goals for the subject. The educational goal means to master the literary language, form grammatical, spelling and punctuation skills and abilities, learn to express the thoughts freely and convey feelings orally and in writing, get an idea about the distinctive features of the native language, development of it etc. The developmental goal means full intellectual, emotional-sensual and volitional development. Moreover, the holistic approach includes a clear correlation of the content of education with children's age characteristics, interdisciplinary integration and use of artistic and practical elements (reciting, painting, drawing forms, eurythmy, singing, playing musical instruments, participating in plays etc.) in teaching the native language. \u0000It has been noted that the rhythmic organization of the educational process is another specific feature of teaching the native language in Waldorf school. It means the planning of the academic year, week and lessons, taking into account the natural psychophysiological human rhythms (breathing, memorization and forgetting, sleeping and activity state, alternation of a person's ability to concentrate and need for activity). \u0000It has been found that Waldorf school brings up a person with individual understanding, independent and responsible actions, with a developed culture of cognitive activity and creative abilities. Problems of training graduates of higher educational institutions who are able to solve communicative and professional tasks in an international context are considered in the article from the position of competence-based approach. It is shown that intercultural communicative competence has an integrative nature and it is a complex interdisciplinary problem. The structure and components of intercultural communicative competence, its cultural and anthropological aspect, which is no less important than the linguistic one, are analyzed. It is substantiated that competence-based approach sets the goal for teaching foreign languages to form a linguistic personality capable of going beyond their own culture, but saving own cultural identity. The European experience in the formation of competencies that an applicant for education must master in order to be able to communicate productively in a foreign language in a broad social and professional context is analyzed. It is concluded that in order to form intercultural communicative competence among students of non-linguistic specialties, it is necessary to improve methods of teaching foreign language, to acquaint students with history, modern reality, culture, way of life, and style of behavior of the country which language is being studied. Higher education institutions teach students who will soon be able to operate independently in today’s economy. The development of the Ukrainian economy depends on the quality of training. The quality education and upbringing of a responsible, ethically literate personality of a specialist depends on the teacher, who is the central figure in the educational process. \u0000A multicultural audience deals with students’ diverse backgrounds in terms of mother tongue, ethnicity and culture. In the process of teaching and learning, diversity is taken into account when deciding on appropriate educational strategies. The National Technical University \"Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute\" conducted a set of applied research in the field of training of foreign citizens. \u0000Observational data are analyzed descriptively using innovative teaching methods of international students, and it can be concluded that the study will contribute to the formation of spiritually rich, highly educated professionals in various technical fields. Moreover, the results of this study show that teachers still play a significant role in the multicultural classroom. \u0000Therefore, teachers of foreign language training faculties should have knowledge of the peculiarities of students’ national culture, mentality and etiquette, religious traditions. It will help mitigate the rapid immersion of foreigners in the socio-cultural and linguistic environment of Ukraine.
