Panok","doi":"10.30837/nc.2022.4.14","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30837/nc.2022.4.14","url":null,"abstract":"This paper analyzes the creative heritage of H. Skovoroda, his literary pronouncements on the role of art in the cultural heritage of the reference period. Along with dialectics of philosophical thought of H. Skovoroda, an important principle of his work, namely symbolism, which was inherent not only in Baroque emblematic poetry, but also in the visual art in general at the time, is revealed. Philosophical reflections and symbols of H. Skovoroda were understandable and highly sought not only in the Baroque period, but also throughout the time. It is thus with good reason that philosophical and ethical views of H. Skovoroda influenced the artistic conceptions of many Ukrainian artists, first and foremost those belonging to M. Boichuk, H. Narbuta, V. Krychevskyi, O. Bogomazov, K. Malevich and others. \u0000This paper expands the concept of emblematics, symbolism of the Baroque and its quotation in the modern Ukrainian art. It has been brought out that the image symbolism of H. Skovoroda in their creativity expressed the idea of Ukrainian Sacrum, sophistication and cordocentrism. The philosophy of Ukrainian art, based on the idea of Sacrum, as well as on the sacral signatures of the national fine arts, developed its own understanding of both art and artistic concepts that reflected the revolutionary “mythmaking” and transformed the stable Ukrainian archetype into new artistic images. \u0000Skovoroda’s teachings have always attracted artists by their uniqueness, the significance of opinions, the depth of spiritual understanding of both the world and man, while his mystical symbolism is still quoted in the works of Ukrainian artists. Skovoroda’s figure is embedded in the historical process of understanding both the man and the world around, and his views can be projected not only onto the past, but likewise onto the present. In Ukrainian fine art and iconography, the philosopher’s dream of the harmony of human existence, the greatness of his spirit and self-knowledge is still maintained. \u0000The expressed allegorical nature of Skovoroda’s philosophical meditations is reflected in the symbolism of both the past and contemporary works of art. At the same time, the goal of professional growth of teachers in each country was determined in its own way, and the principles of functioning of its organizational models were characterized by considerable diversity. In Europe, there is still no unified system of institutional evaluation of the activities of educational institutions, similar to the accreditation system in the USA. However, each country has its own approaches to ensuring and assessing the quality of pedagogical education. The European toolkit for ensuring the quality of pedagogical education in the late 20th and early 21st centuries and its influence on the improvement of the domestic system of pedagogical education is analyzed. \u0000It is determined that the study of the experience of professional training of teachers in foreign countries opens new opportunities for the improvement of the pedagogical education system in Ukraine in the conditions of its adaptation to the requirements of the European educational space. It has been proven that the general directions of ensuring the quality of pedagogical education in the countries of the European Community and Ukraine are: preparation of teachers for educational reform, consolidation of organizational structures in the field of professional development and rationalization of national systems of pedagogical education; improvement of the quality of professional training and improvement of teachers; focusing attention on all-European joint events in the field of professional development of teachers. I. M. Neklyudov (born in 1935), a graduater of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University, doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, professor, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, honored worker of science and technology of Ukraine, is one of the most outstanding ukrainian physicists, whose scientific research concerns the physics of strength, physical and radiation materials science. I. F. Prokopenko (1936-2021) – Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, professor, academician-founder of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, honored worker of public education of Ukraine, rector of H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University (1980 – 2020), Ukrainian economist, teacher, authoritative public figure, outstanding scientist, specialist in the field of new pedagogical technologies of education and training, economic theory, philosophy of education. I.M. Neklyudov and I.F. Prokopenko belong to a generation that has been tested by war and hard work since childhood. I. M. Neklyudov and I. F. Prokopenko, starting from graduate school to the highest management positions in the region, have passed all the steps of the great labor and scientific paths, remaining loyal to their institutions for decades. Throughout their professional careers, I. M. Neklyudov and I. F. Prokopenko performed phenomenal amounts of social, organizational and scientific work. A special place in the work of I. M. Neklyudov and I. F. Prokopenko was occupied by the leadership and training of highly qualified scientific personnel. Many years of conscientious work of I. M. Neklyudov and I. F. Prokopenko found recognition at the state level and were awarded a considerable number of awards. Thus, education in work, hardening by it, many years of daily purposeful work on oneself, steadfastness of a humanistic worldview are the keys to unconditional life and professional success of I.M. Neklyudov and I.F. Prokopenko The life and activities of I. M. Neklyudov and I. F. In order to fulfill the set goal, the analysis and synthesis of search results in information and reference systems was carried out in order to determine the concepts of research, methods of expert evaluation, testing, questionnaires, observation, modeling, forecasting. The process of implementing information processes in the field of health care in Poland is considered against the background of the use of digital technologies in the countries of the European Union in order to ensure the quality of education and accelerate progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals, which were presented by the United Nations and aimed at achieving a digital future for all. In cooperation with the European Commission in promoting digitalization in education, the Polish government is focused on promoting the development of a highly effective digital education ecosystem and improving digital skills and opportunities for digital transformation to ensure bridging the digital divide in education and strengthening competences. A noticeable change in the development of digital competences of students of medical education institutions in Poland is a greater emphasis on the practical use of both these competences and resources available on the Internet. The development of recommendations of Polish institutions of medical education, specifying the various branches of digital health, terminology, learning objectives, optimal approach to training, duration, evaluation method and structure, was considered. The COVID-19 pandemic has increased the importance of digital health in society. The goals and results of these practices, directions of practical activity of higher education seekers and features of practice tasks realization in distance format, in particular, with use of distance education platform Moodle, electronic services Google Meet, Zoom, Skype, Viber, Telegram, etc. are defined. It was analyzed by the \"theory of generations\" and it was determined that the vast majority of students today are the digital generation. It is substantiated that for the digital generation, standard teaching methods lose their effectiveness. In this context, it is shown that the orientation of the goals and content of school education to the development of \"4K digital skills\" in students: critical thinking, creativity, communication skills, cooperation becomes especially relevant. It was clarified that working with information occupies a prominent place in the problem of developing \"4K digital skills\" among students. \"4K digital skills\" are characterized. Peculiarities and risks of its functioning in the modern educational environment are determined. The relationship between the Internet and culture is analysed. The conditions and possible directions for the formation of Internet culture of the future teacher of musical art are offered. Positive results of studying the discipline \"Innovative pedagogy\" are given. Conclusions and proposals on improving the system of training future teachers of music in the educational environment of the Free Economic Zone are substantiated. Two components of Internet culture are substantiated: communicative and operational-technological. The communicative component includes the ability to find the necessary reliable information, to master the means of communication, and knowledge of the ethics of network communication. The article is aimed at revealing the cordocentric basis of the pedagogical worldview of these educators and teachers. To achieve the goal, comparative historical and systemically structural methods were used to characterize the pedagogical worldview of each educator, to reveal the basic concept of publication. Methods specifically search – analysis, synthesis of generalization of historical facts – used to characterize cordocentrism through the prism of the pedagogical work of Grigory Skovorolda and pedagogical achievements of Ivan Prokopenko. The retrospective method was used to creatively interpret the results of the research. \u0000In the article, the results of the study are presented in accordance with synergistic, systemic, axiological approaches. The authors emphasized n6a because cordocentrism can be a synthesizing feature of the pedagogical worldview of these enlighteners. The purpose of the article is to reveal the essence and ways of implementing partnership on the example of the life and professional activity of Ivan Prokopenko and Grigory Skovoroda. To achieve the goal, comparative historical methods were used – to reveal the key points of understanding of partnership by teachers. The methods of analysis, synthesis and generalization of historical facts are used to substantiate the ideas of partnership pedagogy. The retrospective method was used for creative interpretation of the results of the conducted research.In the article, the author revealed the idea of partnership based on synergistic and systemic approaches. Cultural relevance and the principle of historicism made it possible to characterize partnership as a dynamic phenomenon that is determined by social factors. The article emphasizes that the idea of \"equal to equal\" democracy is important in partner interaction, unconditional equality in the right to express one's position, respect for another point of view, trust and goodwill in communication and interaction are recognized. The value of tacit knowledge and experience, mutual demand is also recognized.In the article, the author substantiated that Grigory Skovoroda set an example of socially significant partnership and humanity in the Kharkiv Collegium, private teaching. The main positions of Grigory Skovoroda's pedagogical partnership are highlighted: personal dialogue in forms of educational interaction; friendly conversation, correspondence in extracurricular time to encourage self-discovery, self-immersion, self-analysis; simulation of life situations, choice situations with a projection for success.Value orientations of partnership pedagogy according to Ivan Prokopenko: respect, benevolence, trust, dialogue and distributed leadership. He approved the partnership in all forms of educational, educational, professional and research work at G.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University on the basis of the philosophy of the heart, humane pedagogy. The article states that in his activities, Ivan Prokopenko used the principles of trust and openness in professional communications, respect and recognition of the self-worth of each individual. Levchenko","doi":"10.30837/nc.2022.3.79","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30837/nc.2022.3.79","url":null,"abstract":"The article is devoted to highlighting and analyzing the main types of symbolic systems of biblical hermeneutics in the structure of poetics of works of ancient Ukrainian prose. \u0000The study emphasizes that the canon of interpretation of the Bible long ago assumed the unequivocalness of statements and the infallibility of the understanding of the text, which was specified and commented on within the limits of hermeneutic teaching. Understanding the Bible was complicated by the co-authorship of God and man, the need to decode the sensus plenior in the Holy Scriptures in parallel with the meaning that the human author put into the Bible, different readings of the word-sign, word-allegory or word-symbol as elements of a separate figure of speech, a passage or the entire text. Biblical hermeneutics proposed as one of the means to eliminate uncertain categories of understanding, the concept of unambiguity within the biblical canon. \u0000The author made an attempt to use F. de Saussure's structuralist model of the linguistic sign in the inseparable unity of the signifier and the signified as a tool for interpreting biblical texts in the works of Ukrainian baroque literature, as well as the improved triadic system of the sign of Ch. Peirce, where the sign consists of the representamen – the form that the sign takes, and it does not necessarily have to be material, the interpretant, which, regardless of the name, is mostly not an interpretation, but rather a meaning obtained from a sign and gives the sign meaning even in the absence of an interpreter, the object – that which the sign is sent. \u0000Ancient exegetes considered the complete content of the Bible, i.e. the coherence of its individual parts and books, to be the indisputable intention of God, which cannot be understood outside the sensus plenior.
