Dai, Anak Agung Ayu Putri","doi":"10.1145/3480571.3480630","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1145/3480571.3480630","url":null,"abstract":"∗In this paper, to solve the practical problem in heat dissipation technology of high-power Light Emitting Diode (LED) radiators, the heat dissipation characteristics were analyzed in terms of the heat transfer theory, LED operating principle, composition and structure. Firstly, the high-power LED down light was modeled in Creo, and the model was simplified after the simulation conditions for thermal analysis were set. Thermal analysis and thermal stress analysis were carried out in ANSYS to obtain the temperature and thermal stress distribution status. Secondly, contrast tests were conducted by changing a single variable (such as the fin thickness & quantity and base plate thickness of radiators) and keeping other conditions unchanged, so as to find out the respective effect law of the variables on the heat dissipation of high-power LED down lights and the key factors affecting heat dissipation. Finally, orthogonal tests were carried out, that is, an orthogonal table with three factors (the fin thickness, quantity and base plate thickness of radiators) and four levels was built for in-depth analysis, and the data in the table were subject to efficiency analysis and range analysis to obtain the optimized results. Then, the geometric model was reconstructed. The design scheme of the gate position, gating system and cooling system of the mold was analyzed by using the software Moldflow, and the best design scheme was obtained. Finally, the overall structure of the mold is designed, and the appropriate mold frame is selected. The fan motor cover has many arc transition surfaces, which is difficult to measure, leading to the difficulty of modeling and mold design for the fan motor cover. When you plant your potted flowers indoors, the system will alert if the soil moisture is insufficient and automatically replenish water to help you take care of your potted flowers. This design is based on the microcontroller minimum system, the construction of related modules, to achieve a variety of models of intelligent watering system. Remote mode through Bluetooth to send instructions to achieve remote watering, manual mode through key control, according to personal preferences to cultivate plants, automatic mode according to different kinds of flowers set different parameters, according to the soil moisture in the pot, when below the lower limit, issued an alarm, start watering, above the upper limit to stop watering, to meet most of the potted flower planting. Indoor intelligent watering system to STC89C52 as the core, including soil moisture detection module, Bluetooth control module, display module, watering module, alarm module. The relationship between the theoretical average flow rate and the instantaneous flow rate of the flowmeter is calculated according to the rotation position of the elliptic gear pair. According to the pulsation characteristic of the flowmeter, the pulsation suppression scheme is designed to eliminate the flow pulsation and make the output flow constant. Then, the simplified two-dimensional diagram is imported into FLUENT for numerical simulation of flow meter, and the result diagram of velocity field and pressure field in the elliptic gear flow meter is obtained. The results show that: the change of eccentricity will change the instantaneous flow change of the elliptic gear flowmeter; The flow pulsation can be eliminated by adding a pair of variable speed non-circular gear pair. The generated pressure and velocity cloud map reflects the real situation of the oil in the cavity, which proves that the model is correct and feasible without interference. However, as the scale of the project becomes larger, the shortcomings of hydraulic climbing formwork are exposed. Due to the inconsistent manufacturing precision of hydraulic components and the uneven load of the template due to uneven force, the outer template or guide rail is out of sync during the climbing process, which leads to component damage or deviation in construction accuracy. The hydraulic creeping mold electro-hydraulic proportional synchronization control system designed in this paper can adjust the opening of the proportional flow valve through the synchronous feedback and processing of the position signal of the hydraulic pump, that is, change the flow rate so that the positions of the hydraulic pumps are consistent, which solves the problem of non-synchronization. Make the outer template and guide rail climb smoothly and efficiently. In this paper, Adams and AMESim software are used for co-simulation to test the feasibility of the system. The inner diameter of the hydraulic cylinder is 160mm, and the outer diameter of the piston rod is 125mm.
