According to the pulsation characteristic of the flowmeter, the pulsation suppression scheme is designed to eliminate the flow pulsation and make the output flow constant. Then, the simplified two-dimensional diagram is imported into FLUENT for numerical simulation of flow meter, and the result diagram of velocity field and pressure field in the elliptic gear flow meter is obtained. The results show that: the change of eccentricity will change the instantaneous flow change of the elliptic gear flowmeter; The flow pulsation can be eliminated by adding a pair of variable speed non-circular gear pair. The generated pressure and velocity cloud map reflects the real situation of the oil in the cavity, which proves that the model is correct and feasible without interference. 摘要

针对高阶椭圆齿轮流量计的工作原理,建立了高阶椭圆齿轮流量计的模型,并对其传动特性进行了分析。根据椭圆齿轮副的旋转位置,计算出流量计的理论平均流量与瞬时流量之间的关系。根据流量计的脉动特性,设计脉动抑制方案,消除流量脉动,使输出流量保持恒定。然后将简化后的二维图导入FLUENT中进行流量计的数值模拟,得到椭圆齿轮流量计的速度场和压力场结果图。结果表明:偏心距的变化会改变椭圆齿轮流量计的瞬时流量变化;通过增加一对变速非圆齿轮副可以消除流量脉动。生成的压力和速度云图反映了腔内油的真实情况,证明了模型的正确性和可行性,无干扰。添加一对变速非圆齿轮副后的平均流量为:CCS CONCEPTS•计算方法→建模和仿真;模型开发与分析;模型验证和确认。
