The system uses the computer’s own camera for image acquisition, and carries out grayscale, binarization, enhancement and denoising of images. Finally, optical character recognition (OCR) provided by NI Vision Assistant is used for character segmentation, training and recognition. Since 1960s, vertical mill gear reducer has been widely used in vertical mills at home and abroad. In the design and research, the main research objects include the calculation and analysis of spiral bevel gear, involute helical cylindrical gear and planetary gear transmission, shaft design, key design, coupling design, bearing selection, lubrication system parameter analysis and box design. Firstly, the hierarchical structure of reducer is divided, and then three-dimensional parametric design models are established in Inventor according to the characteristics of components, and parameter associations are established to realize the parametric design of reducer. Parametric design process integrates parameter calculation, design rules, selection methods and parametric modeling, etc. Only by inputting basic parameters, the modified design of products can be completed. In this paper, the convolutional neural network algorithm is used to detect and classify traffic signs based on the German traffic sign data set, and the algorithm is verified experimentally. The algorithm preprocesses the data set by means of color image to grayscale image, histogram equalization and other methods, and then continuously optimizes the neural network model. In the automatic mode, task information can be obtained by scanning the QR code, walking and avoiding obstacles in the designated industrial scene, grabbing materials according to different color sequence, and carrying them to the designated position. In the remote-control mode, the remote-control device with matching design can control the movement and grab of the intelligent material handling robot remotely and wirelessly. The intelligent material handling robot also has the functions of uphill and downhill path planning. The experimental results show that the design can realize the functions of autonomous tracking positioning, autonomous handling, visual recognition, remote control and so on. Kinematics reliability is the key to ensure their normal operation in practical application. In this paper, according to the 2-DOF open loop mechanism, the metamorphic palletizing robot mechanism is presented. Moreover, the kinematics analysis is carried out. Based on this, the failure function of kinematics accuracy failure is obtained. Then, the reliability model is established. Monte Carlo method based on neural network is used to calculate reliability of this model. In this method, a large number of data can be fitted from a limited set of data. The Monte Carlo method is applied to calculate the reliability on this basis in addition. The calculation process of the kinematics reliability of the mechanism is given in an example. To solve these problems, a particle swarm simulated annealing (PSO-SA) algorithm is proposed, which improves the inertia weight and learning factor, and redefines the adaptability function, thus effectively improving the task management in the hybrid cloud environment, and further improving the rational allocation of resources.
