Since 1960s, vertical mill gear reducer has been widely used in vertical mills at home and abroad. In the design and research, the main research objects include the calculation and analysis of spiral bevel gear, involute helical cylindrical gear and planetary gear transmission, shaft design, key design, coupling design, bearing selection, lubrication system parameter analysis and box design. Firstly, the hierarchical structure of reducer is divided, and then three-dimensional parametric design models are established in Inventor according to the characteristics of components, and parameter associations are established to realize the parametric design of reducer. Parametric design process integrates parameter calculation, design rules, selection methods and parametric modeling, etc. Only by inputting basic parameters, the modified design of products can be completed.
