Abstract

The core component of the most mature and reliable piezoelectric transducer in the transducer is the lead zirconate titanate piezoelectric ceramic containing a large amount of toxic lead. Therefore, it is hoped to develop a lead-free piezoelectric ceramic that is harmless to the human body and the environment to replace it. The three types of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics with the best performance are reviewed, including barium titanate(BT), potassium sodium niobate(KNN) and bismuth sodium titanate (BNT)ceramics.
