Then, the geometric model was reconstructed. The design scheme of the gate position, gating system and cooling system of the mold was analyzed by using the software Moldflow, and the best design scheme was obtained. Finally, the overall structure of the mold is designed, and the appropriate mold frame is selected. The fan motor cover has many arc transition surfaces, which is difficult to measure, leading to the difficulty of modeling and mold design for the fan motor cover.
