Strenuous physical activity is known as one of the factors that women experience menstrual cycle disorders. This study aims to obtain survey data on physical activity on the menstrual cycle of FIKKM UNDIKMA students in 2021. The design of this research is descriptive quantitative with a survey method. The population in this study were 132 students of FIKKM UNDIKMA class 2021 with a sample size of 40 respondents. In this study using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and analysis using Chi-Square Test. The results of the study of respondents who experienced irregular menstruation on light activities were 4 people (10%), moderate physical activity were 2 people (5%), and heavy physical activity was 11 people (27.5%). Respondents who experienced regular menstruation on physical activity were 10 people (25%), moderate physical activity were 12 people (30%), and heavy physical activity was 1 person (2.5%). Analysis of the relationship obtained x2 count (7.3) > x2 table (5.991) which means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means there is a relationship between physical activity and menstrual cycle disorders. Setelah mengalami proses editing dan perbaikan, akhirnya diputuskan untuk memberinya judul sebagaimana yang tertera di sampul depan sekarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tes perbuatan dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota club futsal Gladiator Girls FC Kecamatan Keruak. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan syarat sehat fisik dan mental dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 16 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan tes dan pengukuran, yaitu Cooper Test lari 12 menit untuk VO2max, pengukuran berat badan dibagi tinggi badan untuk indeks massa tubuh, dan smart body fat scale untuk persentase lemak tubuh. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa anggota club memiliki tingkat VO2max kategori sangat kurang sebanyak 13 orang atau 81,25%, kategori kurang sebanyak 2 orang atau 17,50% dan kategori sangat baik sebanyak 1 orang atau 6,25%. Profil persentase lemak tubuh kategori kurang sebanyak 1 orang atau 6,25%, kategori normal sebanyak 9 orang atau 56,25% dan kategori lebih sebanyak 6 orang atau 37,50%. Profil indeks massa tubuh kategori sangat kurus sebanyak 3 orang atau 18,75%, kategori kurus sebanyak 2 orang atau 12,50% dan kategori normal sebanyak 11 orang atau 68,75. Pola pendidikan lama yang kurang efektif membuat guru dan siswa kurang eksploratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep-konsep pokok kemandirian belajar dan pelaksanaan merdeka belajar di SMPN 2 Klangenan Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pencarian literatur. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu buku atau jurnal yang memaparkan masalah yang diteliti, kajian teori tentang merdeka belajar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian belajar yang digagas pemerintah mencakup 4 kebijakan, yakni ujian sekolah berstandar nasional yang diselenggarakan oleh sekolah, asesmen keterampilan minimal dan survei karakter, penyederhanaan RPP, dan sistem zonasi penerimaan siswa baru. Sebagai kebijakan, merdeka belajar bermakna bagi siswa dan guru yaitu kebebasan berpikir, kebebasan berinovasi, merdeka belajar dan kreatif, kebebasan mencari kebahagiaan. The purpose of this study is to describe clean and healthy living behavior (CHL) in Sahid University Students in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era, thus it is hoped that the transmission of the Covid-19 virus outbreak will decrease even if every individual is aware and cares, by implementing CHL is in his life. This research was conducted at Sahid University. A sample of 100 people was selected using the cluster random sampling method. This study is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional design. The independent variables in this study are knowledge and attitudes about CHL, while the dependent variable is clean and healthy living behavior. The data is then processed using SPSS to see if there is a relationship between the variables studied. The results of the study on the knowledge variable obtained a p value of 0.027 <α (0.05), meaning that there was a relationship between the level of knowledge on CHL in the Covid-19 Era. As for the attitude variable, the value of p (0.075)>α (0.05) means that there is no relationship between attitudes towards CHL in the Covid-19 Era. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis konsep pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan teknis pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis proyek di SMPN 2 Klangenan Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelusuran literatur. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu buku atau jurnal yang memaparkan masalah yang diteliti, kajian teoritis tentang self-directed learning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis proyek memiliki karakteristik dimana guru berperan sebagai fasilitator. Pedoman dalam menentukan langkah-langkah pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis proyek disebut dengan sintaks pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Beberapa sintaks yang digunakan adalah penugasan proyek, pengembangan rencana proyek, penjadwalan sebagai langkah-langkah proyek tertentu, pemantauan kegiatan dan kemajuan proyek. The purpose of this research was to improve underhand Passing Basic Techniques in Volleyball toward VIII Grade Students of SMPN 20 Mataram through direct instruction method. This is a classroom action research (CAR). The study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects research is 26 Students of VIII Grade SMPN 20 Mataram. Instruments used in this research were lesson plan, observation sheet toward students’ activity and students’ worksheet. The results of this research was obtained based on the assessment of three aspects that are psychomotor, affective, and cognitive. The result of assessment showed that learning achievement data obtained in cycle I Learning outcomes of underhand passing in volleyball obtained 8 students or completeness percentage of 30.77%. While on the second cycle increased 21 students or the percentage of completeness be 80.77% of the total number of students. So the increase from the first cycle to the second cycle were 50% or 13 students.
