This is a classroom action research (CAR). The study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects research is 26 Students of VIII Grade SMPN 20 Mataram. Instruments used in this research were lesson plan, observation sheet toward students’ activity and students’ worksheet. The results of this research was obtained based on the assessment of three aspects that are psychomotor, affective, and cognitive. The result of assessment showed that learning achievement data obtained in cycle I Learning outcomes of underhand passing in volleyball obtained 8 students or completeness percentage of 30.77%. While on the second cycle increased 21 students or the percentage of completeness be 80.77% of the total number of students. So the increase from the first cycle to the second cycle were 50% or 13 students. 摘要

《排球下手传球基本技术指导法》在中学七年级学生中的应用摘要本研究旨在透过直接教学的方法,提高中学八年级学生排球下手传球基本技术。这是一个课堂行动研究(CAR)。研究分两个周期进行,每个周期包括计划、实施、观察和反思。研究对象为26名8年级SMPN 20 Mataram学生。本研究使用的工具是教案、学生活动观察表和学生作业表。本研究的结果是基于精神运动、情感和认知三个方面的评估得出的。评估结果显示,第一周期获得的排球下手传球学习成果数据有8名学生,完成率为30.77%。而在第二周期增加了21名学生,即完成百分比为学生总数的80.77%。所以从第一个周期到第二个周期增加了50%也就是13个学生。通过对数据的分析,可以得出结论:对SMPN 20 Mataram 2021/2022比赛的六年级学生,采用直接指导法可以提高排球的下手传球基本技术。
