Methods Totally 176 SD rats were stratified by sex, and divided into 4 groups, i.e., the control group, low, medium, high dose JSG treatment groups. Rats in the 3 JSG treatment groups were administered with JSG at 0, 1. 16, 3. 48, 5. 80 g/kg per day by gastrogavage, re- spectively. After 2 weeks of administration for females and 4 weeks of administration for males, males and females were caged in the ratio of 1:1. Females were administered to the gestation day 7. Males were administered for 59 -63 days until the day before anatomy. All parental generations were anatomized to observe signs and morphologies. Pathological examination was performed. General toxicity was detected. The testis and epididymis were weighed. Spermatozoa number was counted from epididymis, and repro- duction toxicity of sperm motility was checked. The numbers of corpus luteum, live fetus, dead fetus, and absorbed fetus were counted. The implantation number was calculated to observe early embryo de- velopment toxicity. Results (1) General toxicity: The body weight growth slowed down in male rats of the high dose JSG treatment group. No abnormality was found in low and medium dose JSG treatment groups. (2)Fertility toxicity: There was no obvious toxic effect on testis, epididymis, and spermatozoa number from epididymis sperm in all JSG treatment groups. (3) Early embryo development toxicity: No significant effect on the formation of early embryos was found in all JSG treatment groups. Conclusions Certain gastrointestinal toxicity of JSG might exist to some extent. The dose for non-adverse effect of JSG on fertility and early embryo development was 3. 38 g/kg per day. Methods Totally 100 recruited CHD patients were assigned to the SI group and the control group by random digit table, 50 in each group. All patients received conventional drugs for CHD, 50 in each group. Patients in the SI group were intrave- nously injected with SI, 50 mL each time, once per day for 10 days. Changes of brachial artery diameter at hyperemia and sublingual nitroglycerin were measured in all patients before treatment and at day 10 after treatment by intravascular ultrasound. Serum NO level, plasma levels of endothelin (ET) , thromboxane B₂ (TXB₂), 6-keto-PGF₁α , superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured using biochemical assay and ELISA. Thirty non-CHD patients confirmed with coronary CT or coronary angiogram were recruited as the non-CHD group. Results Changed value of brachial artery diameter at hyperemia and after sublingual nitroglycerin were more obviously reduced in the CHD group than in the non-CHD group (P <0. 05, P <0. 01). Besides, levels of NO, 6-keto-PGF1α were lowered, levels of ET and TXB₂ were elevated (P < 0. 01). Compared with the control group, congestion of brachial artery was significantly improved, levels of NO and 6-keto-PGF₁α increased, SOD concentration was obviously elevated, plasma levels of ET and TXB₂ decreased in the SI group (all P <0. 05). Methods Ten databases such as Cochrane Li- brary, Medline, EMBase, Web of Science, Clinical Trials, CBM, CNKI, VIP, Wangfang Data, and Chinese Clinical Trial Registry Database were retrieved in October 2015 for collecting literatures on use of SI. Data were screened by inclusion and exclusion criteria. Literatures retrieved included randomized controlled trials, non-randomized controlled trials, observational research (case control, cohort studies, case series, case reports, and so on) , and were methodologically evaluated by Cochrane Systematic Risk of Bias Manual, TREND, and SUMARI. Results A total of 185 literatures were retrieved in this systematic review. Of them, 155 randomized controlled trials( RCT) , 6 non-randomized controlled trials, 11 case series, and 13 case reports were finally identified. Among the 13 case reports, adverse drug reactions (ADRs) occurred in 15 cases. Of the 155 RCT studies, XI was used in 8 553 patients, with ADRs in 162 cases and adverse events (AEs) in 4 cases. The outcomes of ADRs mainly covered the gastrointestinal system damage, central/peripheral nervous system damage, skin and appendages injury, and so on. The degree of damage was mostly mild. It is difficult to get a clear judgment on the relationship be- tween the occurrence of these ADRs and drug dosage, drug administration, drug solvents, and combina- tion medications. Conclusions The general safety of using XI for treating cardiovascular diseases was acceptable in this systematic review. Although Xl was systematically analyzed to be safely used in case reports, mechanism studies or large sample observational studies are lack.</p>","PeriodicalId":10107,"journal":{"name":"中国中西医结合杂志","volume":"37 3","pages":"283-290"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"36860149","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Methods Totally 48 SD rats were randomly di- vided into three groups, the blank group, the model group, and the EA group, 16 in each group. Except rats in the blank group, FD model was established by tail clamped stimulation plus irregular diet, and ice physiological saline gastrogavage for 14 successive days. After successful modeling EA at Zusanli (ST36) and Taichong (LR3) were performed, once per day for 28 days. Rats were intervened by gastro- gavage at the end of the treatment. Gastric tissue and small intestinal tissue were sampled after anatomy. The rates of gastric emptying and small intestinal transit were determined. Pathological changes of gastric antrum and jejunum tissue were observed by HE staining. mRNA expression levels of VIP and CGRP in gastric antrum and jejunum tissue were determined by Real-time PCR. Results No organic change oc- curred in tissues of the 3 groups. No gastric or intestinal ulcers , inflammatory infiltration, or glandular ep- ithelial lesion occurred in the 3 groups. Compared with the blank group, gastric residual rate obviously in- creased, small intestinal transit rate was lowered, mRNA expression levels of VIP and CGRP in gastric antrum and jejunum tissue were obviously elevated in the model group (P <0. 01, P <0. 05). Compared with the model group, gastric residual rate was obviously reduced, small intestinal transit was obviously elevated, mRNA expression levels of VIP and CGRP in gastric antrum and jejunum tissue were obviously decreased (P <0. 05, P <0. 01). Conclusions EA could significantly decrease mRNA expressions of VIP and CGRP in gastrointestinal tract, accelerate gastric emptying rate and small intestinal transit rate. Methods Human acute leukemia mononuclear strain THP-1 was induced to become TAMs using Phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate (PMA) combined IL-4 and IL- 13. The supernant of TAMs and A549 cells were co-cultured. A co-culture model was set up by simulating microenvironment of lung cancer. Then cells were divided into the blank control group (A549) , the co- culture group (A549 +TAMs) , high, middle, and low dose WEG groups (TAMs +A549 + high, middle, and low dose WEG). The effects of WEG on the proliferation/metastasis of lung cancer A549 cells and the expression of F-actin under various conditions were detected using MTT method, Real time cell analysis (RTCA) , and high content screening (HCS). Results Compared with the blank control group, the pro- liferation of A549 cells was obviously increased, cell migration was obviously elevated, and the area of cell skeleton was markedly enlarged in the TAMs + A549 group, with statistical difference (P <0. 05). Compared with the TAMs +A549 group, the proliferation and migration of A549 cells were inhibited, the area of cell skeleton and the number of microfilaments were reduced dose-dependently (P <0. 05).
