Bi, Chunhui Ren","doi":"10.3760/CMA.J.ISSN.1674-4756.2020.04.030","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3760/CMA.J.ISSN.1674-4756.2020.04.030","url":null,"abstract":"Objective \u0000To investigate the clinical value and safety of low molecular weight heparin calcium therapy before interventional therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Methods \u0000A total of 110 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in the Second People’s Hospital of Nanyang from March 2018 to May 2019 were selected. The patients were divided into reference group and observation group by digital random table, 55 cases in each group. Anticoagulant therapy was given to all the patients before coronary intervention, reference group was treated with heparin sodium and observation group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium. The number markedly effective, effective, ineffective, and total effective rate during treatment between the two groups were compared. All patients underwent gastroscopic, and were evaluated microscopically with reference to the clinical diagnosis criteria for gastric cancer and the classification criteria for early gastric cancer classification of the Japanese Endoscopic Society, the lesion tissue for pathological examination was extracted, and referred to the pathological classification criteria for typing. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000The 80 patients with early gastric cancer had abdominal pain above clinical symptoms (71 cases, accounting for 88.75%) as their main manifestation, followed by nausea, vomiting, and upper gastrointestinal bleeding. The type of microscopic classification was high in order from type Ⅱ (32, accounting for 40.00%), type III (27 cases, accounting for 33.75%), type I (21 cases, accounting for 26.25%), the position of the lesion from high to low was the gastric antrum (68 patients, accounting for 85.00%), (52 cases, accounting for 65.00%), gastric angle (41 cases, accounting for 51.5%), and cardiac (29 cases, accounting for 36.25%). Papillary adenocarcinoma was the most common pathological feature of early gastric cancer (31 cases, accounting for 38.75%), followed by highly differentiated tubular adenocarcinoma, moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma, poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, mucinous adenocarcinoma, and signet ring cell carcinoma. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Conclusions \u0000The clinical symptoms of early gastric cancer are atypical. It is easier to locate lesions and types under gastroscopy. The patients were divided into study group and control group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. Study group was treated with escitalopram and mirtazapine on the basis of routine treatment, and control group was treated with mirtazapine on the basis of routine treatment. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) was used to evaluate the depression of the two groups before and after treatment, and the World Health Organization Quality of life 100 (WHOQOL-100) was used to evaluate the changes of the quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000There was no significant difference in HAMD between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05); and the decrease of HAMD score in study group after treatment was better than that in control group (P 0.05), and the increase of WHOQOL-100 score in study group after treatment was better than that in control group (P<0.05); during the treatment of the two groups, the incidence of adverse reactions such as dry mouth, constipation and dysuria in study group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Conclusions \u0000Clinicians should use HAMD in time to identify the condition of patients with depression after suspected stroke. The patients in control group and observation group underwent laparoscopic surgery. Control group was anesthetized with fentanyl and propofol, observation group was anesthetized with propofol and remifentanil. The heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the observation group and the control group before and after anesthesia induction, immediately after incision, immediate incision, and immediate arterial pressure were compared. The postoperative visual analogy score (VAS) score, postoperative extubation time, and spontaneous breathing were recorded. Clinical indicators such as time and wake time. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000There was a statistically significant difference in postoperative extubation time, spontaneous breathing time, and recovery time between the observation group and the control group (P 0.05). After intubation, The heart rate of the observation group [(74.90 ± 11.09) beats/min] was significantly lower than that of the control group [(88.98 ± 11.30) beats/min] after intubation, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After intubation, immediate incision, and immediately after surgery, the heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Conclusions \u0000The anesthesia maintenance of propofol and remifentanil in patients with gallstones during laparoscopic surgery is ideal for anesthesia, which can effectively stabilize hemodynamics and shorten postoperative recovery time and recovery time. Group A was sutured with ordinary silk thread, group B with titanium-nickel suture line, and group C with skin stapler. The surgical incision exudation, pain, suture firmness, and scarring were compared among the three groups. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000All 170 patients exuded, but all the incisions healed in one stage. The number of exudates in group A, group B, and group C were 7 cases (17.5%, 7/40), 4 cases (10.0%, 4/40), and 10 cases (25.0%, 10/40) 3 to 5 days after surgery. The postoperative exudate in group B was better. Group B and group C in terms of postoperative pain had a slight ascendant than group A. The firmness of group A was better than that of group B and group C. Postoperative scar scores of group A, group B and group C were (7.1 ± 0.2), (3.7 ± 0.1), and (3.9 ± 0.2) points. The postoperative scar scores in group C and group B were less than those in group A. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Conclusions \u0000The infiltration time of titanium-nickel suture incision is short, the ordinary silk suture incision is firm and reliable, and the scar of skin stapler incision is lighter. The children in control group were treated with gangliosides while the children in observation group were treated by acupuncture at Baihui acupoint through Qubin acupoint combined with ganglioside. During treatment, the children underwent routine rehabilitation training. The efficacy, cerebral blood flow, lower limb function and muscle tension and levels of peripheral blood PECAM-1 and ICAM-3 were observed in the two groups. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the cerebral artery systolic peak flow (Vs) and mean blood flow velocity (Vm) in the two groups were significantly increased compared with those before treatment while the pulsation index (PI) and vascular resistance index (RI) were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the levels of Vs and Vm after treatment in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05) while the levels of PI and RI were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of D and E in Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM-88) in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the modified Ashworth scale scores of adductor, hamstring and gastrocnemius muscles were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the GMFM-88 scores in observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05), while the muscle tension scores were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of peripheral blood PECAM-1 and ICAM-3 in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the levels in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Conclusions \u0000Acupuncture at Baihui acupoint through Qubin acupoint combined with ganglioside has significant efficacy in the treatment of children patients with cerebral palsy. They were divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, pain visual analogue scale (VAS) score, pain duration score, Assens Insomnia Scale (AIS) score, Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA ) score, dermatology life quality index (DLQI ) score were compared between the two groups, and safety was observed. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000The total response rate of the observation group (90.00%, 36/40) was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.50%, 29/40), P 0.05). \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Conclusions \u0000Acupuncture combined with acupoint application is effective in treatment of PHN. And all patients were given functional endoscopic sinus surgery and then given the corresponding antibiotics and glucocorticoids after operation. The routine group was given normal saline for irrigation, and observation group was given hypertonic saline for nasal sinus lavage. And their dosages was reduced according to the patients’ postoperative recovery, and patients were followed up at 6 months after operation. The improvements of postoperative luminal mucosa and clinical symptoms were observed in the two groups, and the mucosal epithelialization time of the surgical cavity was recorded, and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the follow-up was counted in the two groups. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000The total effective rate in routine group was significantly lower than that in observation group (76.9% vs. 92.3%, P 0.05). The constituent ratios of the mucosal epithelialization time 12 weeks were 1.9%, 25.0%, 46.2% and 26.9%, respectively, in routine group, and they were 3.8%, 51.9%, 26.9% and 17.3% respectively in observation group, which were significantly shorter than those in routine group (P<0.05). The 90 elderly NSCLC patients were randomly divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group(45 cases) according to envelope randomized grouping scheme. The control group was treated with gefitinib, and the observation group was treated with 3D-CRT on the basis of the control group.
