Effect of anesthesia with intravenous propofol combined with remifentanil in laparoscopic cholecystolithiasis surgery
Objective
To study the effects of anesthesia with intravenous propofol combined with remifentanil in laparoscopic cholecystolithiasis surgery.
Methods
Sixty-six patients with gallstones admitted to Xuchang Central Hospital from June 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 33 cases in each group. The patients in control group and observation group underwent laparoscopic surgery. Control group was anesthetized with fentanyl and propofol, observation group was anesthetized with propofol and remifentanil. The heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the observation group and the control group before and after anesthesia induction, immediately after incision, immediate incision, and immediate arterial pressure were compared. The postoperative visual analogy score (VAS) score, postoperative extubation time, and spontaneous breathing were recorded. Clinical indicators such as time and wake time.
Results
There was a statistically significant difference in postoperative extubation time, spontaneous breathing time, and recovery time between the observation group and the control group (P 0.05). After intubation, The heart rate of the observation group [(74.90 ± 11.09) beats/min] was significantly lower than that of the control group [(88.98 ± 11.30) beats/min] after intubation, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After intubation, immediate incision, and immediately after surgery, the heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusions
The anesthesia maintenance of propofol and remifentanil in patients with gallstones during laparoscopic surgery is ideal for anesthesia, which can effectively stabilize hemodynamics and shorten postoperative recovery time and recovery time. It has clinical significance.
