It carries the heroic deeds and valuable qualities of Hunan revolutionary martyrs and has a unique nurturing value, which is an important material and content for the ideological education of colleges and universities. In order to give full play to the nurturing value of Hunan culture in the field of “three-wide nurturing” and to promote the innovation of nurturing mode and mechanism in colleges and universities, this paper elaborates the concept of Hunan red culture and “three-wide nurturing”, as well as the relationship between Hunan red culture and “three-wide nurturing”. The paper also further discusses the consensus, clear objectives, and promote the synergy among all education subjects to realize the “whole staff” education; connect the growth of students to inherit the genes of Hunan culture to realize the “whole process” education. The mechanism of nurturing people with Hu Xiang red culture is explored in three levels: integrating Hu Xiang culture nurturing resources and enriching nurturing carriers to realize “all-round” nurturing people, promoting Hu Xiang red culture and the “three whole nurturing people” system in colleges and universities, and building a system of “three whole nurturing people”. They mainly include formal social support system, informal social support system, professional social support system and community support system. In the future, philosophy reform should be adopted as soon as possible to guide the formulation of relevant policies, and on the basis of giving full play to the leading role of the government, a social support system for sports services for the elderly with Chinese characteristics should be constructed. The purpose of this paper is to expound on racial discrimination against the native blacks in this novel, analyze the white hostess’s identity transformation, and study the native’s awakening of his ethnic consciousness. Since culture is by no means static, the resilience and adaptability of colonial societies should not be underestimated. Therefore, I argue that through learning how colonized peoples responded to the political and cultural dominance of Europe, the resilience and transformability of colonized cultures would change the characteristics of imperial culture itself in ways that have been both profound and lasting. After years of vigorous development, the tourism of county is no longer like before building infrastructure in the entire scenic area, and the economy of county no longer relies on hardware construction and a large investment. And now a new focus is needed to promote the economy and brand competitiveness of the county. Combining the IP (intellectual property) construction method in the Internet era with regional brands with local cultural characteristics, an innovative form of IP for county cultural and tourism brands at present is created, the Zigui County of Yichang City is the practical example of the innovative form. Combine with the unique culture of Qu Yuan, the Dragon Boat Festival, and navel orange specialty of Zigui, the IPs of brand of the county that are called “one da three xiao”, which are Qudafu, Chengxiaozi, Zongxiaogui, and Zhouxiaolong, were created. The IPs are deeply loved by tourists, and quickly stand out in the competition of tourism spread in the surrounding counties and cities.
