The Oroqen nationality and the Evenki nationality, as homologous ethnic groups living across the border of China and Russia, both belong to the Manchu-Tungusic group of Altaic languages, which are very similar and have great significance for the survival of the two ethnic cultures. With the historical changes and social development, the ethnic languages of the Oroqen nationality and the Evenki nationality are seriously on the danger of disappearing. In this regard, China and Russia have adopted institutionalized and systematic protection measures and formed their own distinctive language protection modes from three aspects: policies and laws, theoretical research and educational practice, which has alleviated the former endangered situation of ethnic languages. Network attacks such as network worms, botnets and computer viruses are constantly emerging, bringing serious threats and economic losses to the Internet infrastructure. In this context, Network Intrusion Detection/Prevention System (NIDS/NIPS) plays a key role in protecting the Internet infrastructure. By monitoring network traffic in real time, NIDS/NIPS is able to detect and identify internal and external security intrusions in a timely manner and take appropriate measures for defense. Ensuring the high performance of NIDS/NIPS is an important topic in network security research, because the increase of Internet traffic and the variety of attacks make it face great challenges. In this paper, we will explore the fundamentals and functions of NIDS/NIPS and their key role in protecting the Internet infrastructure. We will also discuss key techniques to improve the performance of NIDS/NIPS and look at future directions in this area. The ability to read proficiently has a significant impact on students’ English performance. For a long time, cultivating students’ reading ability is one of the important goals of English teaching. However, students in vocational colleges often struggle with their reading skills, as well as their cognitive abilities, cultural awareness, and learning capabilities. Through the exploration of literary reading, it has been discovered that the reading teaching mode of Literature Circle aligns well with the objectives of English reading teaching in vocational colleges. Based on this, the author conducted an in-depth investigation into the application of the online Literature Circle mode in English reading teaching and its impact on students’ reading and learning abilities. This paper outlines the process of integrating the online Literature Circle mode into English reading teaching, and discusses its effects on students’ reading and learning abilities. Experimental results have demonstrated that the Literature Circle teaching mode can enhance students’ reading skills and learning capabilities. Dem Lake, one of the Ramsar sites of international importance inscribed in 2009, and is today facing severe degradation under the combined effect of climate change, poverty, population growth, and pressure from anthropogenic activities. Also, the goods and services of the Dem Lake ecosystems have not yet been studied to provide us with information on their costs. This lack of price leads local populations and political and private decision-makers to behave as if the value of the natural heritage is nil. The objective of this study is to assess the economic value of some supply services of Lake Dem. Thus, it is a question of identifying the main services provided by the lake and then estimating their economic value. The tool used is that of the market price technique. This technique measures the quantities of goods consumed or sold and determines the prices at which they are offered on the market. The research made it possible to identify consumer goods by sector of activity such as market gardening, agricultural production, fish production, grazing and the water resource provided by the ecosystem. Similarly, we were able to determine on the basis of the communication, the quantity of the various non-timber forest products that enter into household consumption. The results revealed that the total value of the supply services is estimated at more than two billion two hundred million francs (2,200,000,000) CFA. This estimate does not provide knowledge of the total economic value of Lake Dem, because it is only the direct use value of a few goods and services that have been assessed.
