This syndrome makes a differential diagnosis with that of Morgagni-Stewart-Morel which is rare and / or rarely mentioned in current clinical practice (entity made of frontal hyperostosis, neuropsychiatric and endocrine disorders). We report here a 58 years old female patient from Lubumbashi/ Democratic republic of Congo, followed for several years for multiform seizures, in whom the explorations of a status epilepticus, made possible to set up a new syndromic entity, called Ntenga syndrome made of a symptomatic triad (persistent multiform epileptic seizures, absence of endocrine disorder, hyperostosis frontalis interna). To date, a therapeutic protocol made of valproic acid and levetiracetam has significantly reduced to one seizure per month or even every 2 months. I think it is not without interest to report a very rare and / or new entity in the clinic.

According to the WHO, in 2015 Anxiety Depressive Disorder (MAD) caused 50 million people to be disabled. A disappointing forecast of WHO experts is that while maintaining current trends in the spread of the disease by 2020, TDR will be in second place after coronary heart disease in the number of years lost due to disability [6]. In this regard, the purpose of this study was to study the structure of depressive disorders, suicidal behavior of patients in the Republic of Mordovia (Russia), as well as to study the characteristics of the course of psychopathological anxiety-depressive disorders in the framework of the most frequent nosological forms of diseases in Mordovia - neurotic and reactive depressions, as well as chronic forms - neurotic personality development in comparison with psychopathy under the influence of traditional psychopharmacotherapy and combined treatment with antioxidant drugs.

In our study, an attempt was made to study the role of this radiation on the main indicators of brain function under stress, especially the nature of changes in its bioelectric activity. It seems to us that this study will help to better understand the work of this key human organ in conditions of protective light-emitting radiation under various stress effects.

Objective: The objective was to assess the clinicoradiological profile of various spinopelvic parameters like pelvic incidence, pelvic version, sacrohorizontal angle, slip reduction and disc height increment using structural and standalone graft and its consequences on the post-operative outcome as assessed by Visual Analogue Score and Oswestry Disability Index. Methods: Before starting the study Institutional ethical committee approval was taken and approval no 654 was given for the study and prior consents were taken by all the patients included in the study and was documented. This study involved a total number of 40 patients of spondylolisthesis >2 and 20 patients of <2 of all the age groups with progressive neurological deficits, and pain not relieved by conservative measures. All patients underwent wide laminectomy, facetectomy, complete discectomy and posterior lumbar interbody fusion with intraoperative slip reduction maneuvers, disc height maintained with interbody stand-alone graft or structured grafts made of PEEK or Titanium cages. Conclusions: There was no correlation between duration of symptoms and post operative pain reduction. A fusion rates of 92% were achieved with intra operative slip reduction. The results obtained in comparison with slip reduction and post operative pain reduction are directly proportional and statistically not significant. A decrease in pelvic version and increase in sacrohorizontal angle were noted following surgery. Restoration and incrementing the disc height is associated with statistically significant pain relief. Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) inter body spacer has best clinical and radiological outcome in terms of maintenance of the disc height followed by titanium cage and stand alone graft respectively. All these results had significant positive predictive value in all cases of spondylolisthesis > 2 and was statistically insignificant in patients with grade <2.

Depression symptoms are induced by the stress-coping failures. Repeated electroconvulsive treatment gives a strong stress to mammalians, however, the treatment has been used to improve depression symptoms. Mammalians have recognition-behavioral stress-coping neuronal module-system followed by some humoral glycolipids. A sulfated Galbeta1-4GlcNAc-lipid promotes the serotonergic module. GalNAcalpha1-3GalNAc-lipid promotes the adrenergic module. A sulfated Fucalpha1-2Gal-lipid protects the cholinergic module keeping the stress-coping memories from the ischemia-stress. I hypothesized mammalians given repeated electroconvulsive treatment would produce these glycolipids, and would increase the stress-coping ability.Materials and Methods: I examined the glycolipid productions of mice given repeated electroconvulsive treatment under general-anesthesia.Results: I found mice only given the general-anesthesia produced sulfated Galbeta1-4GlcNAc-lipid and GalNAcalpha1-3GalNAc-lipid, and mice given the repeated electroconvulsive treatment under general-anesthesia further produced sulfated Galbeta1-4GlcNAc-lipid and GalNAcalpha1-3GalNAc-lipid, and increased sulfated Fucalpha1-2Gal-lipid production. Conclusion: Depression symptoms are closely related to serotonergic and adrenergic module activities. High-mobility\u0000group box proteins (HMGB1) constitute a family of non-histone and ubiquitous molecules with a pro-inflammatory\u0000function. In this study, we measured HMGB1 levels in autistic individuals and compared these levels to plasma zinc\u0000concentration. We found that in individuals with autism increased levels of HMGB1 was associated with low zinc\u0000levels, as well as increased selected symptom severity. These results suggest that there is a relationship between Zinc\u0000and HMGB1levels in autistic individuals, and that low zinc levels may be exasperating inflammation in these patients.

A sulfated Galbeta1-4GlcNAc-lipid which promotes the serotonergic module,\u0000keeps physical strength by regulating emotional behaviors. GalNAcalpha1-3GalNAc-lipid which promotes the\u0000adrenergic module, induces stress-coping behaviors. A sulfated Fucalpha1-2Gal-lipid protects the cholinergic module\u0000maintaining stress-coping memories from the ischemic stress. Sialalpha2-3Gal-lipid which promotes the dopaminergic\u0000module, integrates these recognition-behaviors. It is considered stresses are closely related to onset of schizophrenia,\u0000and the psychotic symptoms are not necessarily deleted after long-time medication. Schizophrenic patients might\u0000abnormally produce the humoral recognition-behavioral stress-coping glycolipids even under medication.\u0000Materials and Methods: I examined the humoral stress-coping glycolipids of medicated schizophrenic patients and\u0000those of medicated manic patients without psychotic symptoms for comparison.\u0000Results: The medicated manic patients increased sulfated Galbeta1-4GlcNAc-lipid production. The medicated\u0000schizophrenic patients increased sulfated Galbeta1-4GlcNAc-lipid production, and remarkably produced Sialalpha2-\u00003Gal-lipid.
