On doit cependant faire une réserve pour ce qui concerne les sujets jeunes et thalassémiques ;</p><p>2<sup>o</sup> par contre, on observe chez les sujets polytransfusés l'apparition d'anticorps anti-IgM, anti-IgA, anti-kappa et surtout anti-IgG qui correspondent soit à des spécificités limitées, soit en particulier dans le cas des anti-IgG, à des spécificités de classe et dans ce cas, ils paraissent correlés avec les facteurs rhumatoïdes ;</p><p>3<sup>o</sup> contrairement aux anti-IgA de classe, ces anticorps ne semblent pas avoir le rôle important dans l'explication des réactions cliniques de type frissons-hyperthermie ou anaphylactoïde ;</p><p>4<sup>o</sup> l'analyse multidimensionnelle qui étudie globalement l'apparition des anticorps, le nombre de transfusions, le type de maladies, le sexe, etc. a confirmé l'originalité des anti-IgG de classe qui se distinguent totalement des autres anticorps observés chez les polytransfusés. Nous pensons qu'il pourrait s'agir d'auto-anticorps anti-immunoglobulines apparaissant à la suite d'allo-stimulation par transfusion et cette hypothèse les rapprocherait des auto-anticorps anti-érythrocytes associés à certains accidents de transfusion ou apparaissant en fin de grossesse [4].</p></div><div><p>The successive works summarized in the paper as a whole lead us to the following conclusions :</p><p>1<sup>o</sup> While antibodies corresponding to the antigens on the cell membrane : blood-groups and HL-A groups, appear to be typical allo-stimulation antibodies, multitransfused patients do not in fact develop anti-allotype antibodies corresponding to the genetic markers of human proteins. This must however be accepted with the reservation of young and thalassemic patients.</p><p>2<sup>o</sup> On the contrary, one can observe in multitransfused patients the occurrence of anti-IgM, anti-IgA, anti-kappa and especially anti-IgG antibodies which correspond either to restricted specificities or to class-specificity, particularly in the case of anti-IgG, where their presence may be related to rheumatoid factors.</p><p>3<sup>o</sup> Contrary to class-specific IgA antibodies, these do not seem to play an important part in reactions involving such clinical symptoms as chill and pyrexia, or in anaphylactoid relations.</p><p>4<sup>o</sup> Multidimensional analysis, in which the occurrence of antibodies, the number of blood transfusions, the type of disease, sex, etc., are studied as a whole, confirmed the original nature of class-specific IgG antibodies which differ totally from other antibodies o","PeriodicalId":78648,"journal":{"name":"Revue francaise de transfusion","volume":"16 4","pages":"Pages 373-383"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1973-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://sci-hub-pdf.com/10.1016/S0035-2977(73)80046-X","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"15648445","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
