Kell et Kp, Rh, Duffy, Kidd, Lutheran, Auberger, Dombrock, Cartwright, Xg, Lewis et Secreteur, Gc, adenylate kinase, phosphatase acide et phosphoglucomatase 1.</p><p>Les estimations obtenues sont très voisines de celles trouvées par <span>Race</span> et <span>Sanger</span> en Angleterre.</p></div><div><p>From data collected in the Centre Departemental de Transfusion Sanguine in Paris,</p><p>Seventeen polymorphism systems have been observed : 11 blood group systems : MNSs, P, Kell and Kp, Rh, Duffy, Kidd, Lutheran, Auberger, Dombrock, Cartwright, Xg, Lewis system, ABH secretor system, Group Component system and 3 red cell enzymes : adenylate kinase, acid phosphatase and phosphoglucomutase 1. Fabre","doi":"10.1016/S0035-2977(74)80029-5","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1016/S0035-2977(74)80029-5","url":null,"abstract":"<div><p>Apparemment plus sûre que le taux de l'ATP, la charge énergétique des nucléotides adényliques exprime à la fois la viabilité et la fonction oxyphorique des sangs conservés ; elle pourrait éventuellement avoir la même signification foncière que la survie radioisotopique, mais étant donnée la valeur du seuil adopté (CE = 0,80) elle serait garante d'une meilleure qualité physiologique des hématies.</p><p>Appliqué aux sangs ACD et CPD, ce coefficient montre la supériorité de la solution anticoagulante CPD, en attestant toutefois que la péremption des sangs ACD ou CPD devrait être ramenée de trois semaines ou quatre à <em>une</em> ou <em>deux</em> (à peine plus).</p></div><div><p>Apparently the energetic charge of the adenylic nucleotides is more sure than the ATP level. Les méthodes utilisées ont été l'immuno-diffusion et l'électro-immuno-diffusion complétées par le dosage radio-immunologique dans les cas discordants.</p><p>Dans le groupe des femmes étudiées, 7,5 % étaient porteuses d'antigène, plus fréquent chez les jeunes, et 0,4 % avaient l'anticorps. Dans le groupe des accouchées l'antigène a été détecté à la fois chez la mère et l'enfant dans 54 cas, 10 fois chez la mère seule ; l'anticorps a été détecté 10 fois chez la mère et l'enfant.</p><p>Le dosage des transaminases chez 45 accouchées et leur enfant a montré la fréquence de l'atteinte hépato-cellulaire en dehors de toute symptomatologie clinique d'hépatite.</p><p>Ces observations démontrent la possibilité du passage transplacentaire de l'antigène Australia et la fréquence relative des formes inapparentes d'hépatite chez la femme enceinte comme chez le nouveau-né dans l'Ouest africain.</p></div><div><p>Testing for Australia antigen and corresponding antibody has been performed in 890 pregnant women and, after lying in, in 655 mothers and their new-born infant. Immuno-diffusion and electro-immuno-diffusion methods were used, completed by radio-immuno-assay in conflicting cases.</p><p>In the whole women group, HB antigen was found in 7,5% cases, more often in the young people, and HB antibody in 0,4% cases. Faite dans de bonnes conditions de confort et de surveillance clinique et biologique, la leucophérèse par filtration en flux continu est bien supportée par le donneur et permet de recueillir des suspensions assez pures contenant plus de 90 % de granulocytes. Le nombre de cellules obtenues par une leucophérèse de 3 heures (2 × 10<sup>10</sup>) permet des transfusions leucocytaires à des malades granulopéniques.</p></div><div><p>A method for preparing leucocyte suspensions for injection has been studied. The leucophoresis done by continuous flow filtration in comfortable conditions under clinical and biological supervision was well supported by the donor and it was possible to collect fairly pure suspensions containing more than 90 % granulocytes. Fine","doi":"10.1016/S0035-2977(74)80023-4","DOIUrl":"10.1016/S0035-2977(74)80023-4","url":null,"abstract":"<div><p>Les auteurs présentent les résultats d'une étude du comportement électrophorétique du plasminogène obtenu à un haut degré de pureté par chromatographie d'affinité.</p><p>Le proenzyme se révèle homogène en ultracentrifugation et en immuno-électrophorèse alors qu'une microhétérogénéité a été observée en électrophorèse sur gel d'amidon ou d'acrylamide, provoquée par l'influence de ces différents milieux.</p><p>Cette hétérogénéité a été observée avec des préparations mettant en évidence un seul acide aminé « N terminalalors qu'avec des préparations légèrement modifiées, on peut observer, avec les mêmes gels, une bande diffuse.</p><p>En électrophorèse sur papier, sur acétate de cellulose et sur gel d'agarose, le plasminogène migre en tant que globuline γ<sub>1</sub>(β<sub>2</sub>) et en gélose, sa mobilité est α.</p><p>La variabilité du comportement électrophorétique du plasminogène est discutée. The whole percentage of positive donors was of 1,120 %. That obtained by means of immunoelectrophoresis exclusively and only referred to donors studied for the first time in a blood transfusion center (7 537) was of 1,300 %.
