Angiotensin II type 2 receptors (Ang2 bind to AT2 receptors) are produced from Ang1-AT1 by ACE regulated functions in Tyr kinases-dependent Abstract BTK and Ang1 AT1 are so necessary for IgM and IgG3 synthesis in blood serum that can be considered as so necessary for anti-inflammatory improvement, but in case of the absence of Tyr Codons TAT & TAC (kinases) the BTK will be critical for increasing the accumulated collagen (accumulated glycoprotein) in arteries which are critical for the tumor synthesis. Glycogen storage disease (GSD) and glycoprotein storage disease (GSD) are started by sever deficiency in Tyrosine TAT and TAC pyrimidine kinases (which reflect deficiency in Ang2-AT2 productions) that will lead to accumulated glycogen (increasing in Ang1 AT1 activity and glycoprotein accumulations), where, Ang2-AT2 productions are necessary for binding to the stored glycogen with metalloproteinase dependent for platelets activation mediated by releasing nitric oxide. 5-hmC are considered as the enhancers and the key regulators in heart developments, contractions, and blood vessels protections, where 5-hmC regulated by pyrimidine kinases and is so necessary for adjusting muscles contractions through methylation and demethylation processes. cause will (pyrimidine kinases) which play important roles in building dynamic promoters in Ang2-AT2 active molecules. The mean and standard error of CD4 counts of HIV patients before (pre) and after (post) HAART administrations showed the grand mean CD4 counts before and post HAART administration were 632.37 ± 29.24cells/ and 646.59 ± 28.9cells/ , respectively. The difference in CD4 counts between pre and post, that is, before and after HAART was given to HIV patients, demonstrated that HAART enhanced CD4 levels. The increase in CD4 counts in patients was statistically significant (P <0.05).The effects of HIV infection on EPO that is a haematopoietic cytokines in HIV infected individuals with various CD4 counts showed that the mean and standard error of erythropoietin (EPO) levels in HIV patients was 7.10±0.01mg/dl and 7.74±0.03mg/dl, respectively. The change in HIV patients' EPO levels between the two periods was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: There is an increase in CD4 counts in patients in the study and is comparable to the work of Erb et al 2000, who found out that HIV infected individuals who received a combination of antiretroviral therapy (CART) had higher CD4 counts. The change in HIV patient's EPO levels indicated that HIV infection had the ability to decrease EPO synthesis in the body. The work of Wang et al 1993 discovered that HIV-1 appeared to suppress the synthesis of EPO and some, but not all.","PeriodicalId":72085,"journal":{"name":"Advances in clinical and medical research (Chandigarh, India)","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44823908","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Symptoms can range in severity but typically include muscular issues, cognitive impairment, and seizures. During the neonatal periods, the cause of brain injury is generally unknown. However, one of the primary known causes of CP is hypoxic ischemia (H/I). There is no cure for CP, and patients tend to rely on medication and or surgical procedures for symptom management. Recently stem cells have been an essential topic of therapeutic agents for CP due to their regenerative properties and the potential to restore motor and cognitive function. The aim of this study was to evaluate our experience with penile trauma in children in a retrospectively evaluated series. Materials and Methods: This was a retrospective study of children aged 15 years and below who were managed for traumatic penile injuries between January 2015 and December 2019 at the pediatric surgery unit of Enugu State University Teaching Hospital (ESUTH) Enugu, Nigeria. Both acute and chronic traumatic penile injuries were considered. Diagnosis of traumatic penile injury was made based on clinical and imaging findings. Results : A total of 104 cases of traumatic penile injuries were seen during the study period. The mean age of the patients was 4 months. Urethrocutaneous fistula from male circumcision was the most common traumatic penile injury. Repair of urethrocutaneous fistula and recurrent urethrocutaneous fistula were the most performed surgical procedure and most post-operative complication respectively. Majority of the patients achieved good cosmetic and functional outcome. Conclusio n: Traumatic penile injuries in children occur infrequently but could be a significant cause of penile disfigurement and morbidity. Urethrocutaneous fistula and bleeding problems from male circumcision are the most common traumatic penile injuries. Traumatic penile injuries can be minimized by better training and good practice. genitalia the 2016 National Commission of Statistics, population of 4 people and a population density of 2 . Despite unavailability of anecdotal evidence, several guidelines granted both Chloroquine (CQ) and Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) in treatment. Clinical studies relating to those in COVID-19 disease has reported conflicting results. We sought to systematically evaluate the clinical effects contact, mainly in health workers [8]. On March 30, 2020 FDA issued an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) in order to use both CQ and HCQ in the treatment of COVID-19. FDA issued EUA for the second time in the history. Formerly it was given for an investigational neuraminidase inhibitor, Peramivir during 2009-2010 to treat severely ill patients with H1N1 influenza [9]. The meta-analysis of 5 studies that reported rate of virological clearance or PCR negativity (n=312) found no benefit in HCQ arm. {OR, 1.863; 95% CI, 1.024 to 3.389; p=0.041} with a moderate heterogeneity (I 2 =70.3%, P=0.009). meta-analysis of 5 studies (n=1710) that reported about ADR outcomes found that, there exist an increased risk of ADRs in HCQ arm. {OR, 2.648; 95% CI, 2.068 to 7.717; p=0.000}, with no heterogeneity (I 2 = 0%, P=0.417). 6 studies (n=4,341) showed a significant increase in mortality in HCQ arm when compared with control arm {OR, 1.182; 95% CI, 0.981 to 1.425; p=0.079}, with substantial heterogeneity (I 2 = 82.0%, P=0.000).
