In today’s business life organizations are becoming more complex, and the environments they are operating in, are becoming increasingly uncertain. The aim of this paper is to contribute to the understanding of the dynamics of managerial decision-making process in complex internal and external environments by sharing the results of an empirical study (Onuk, 2009). While taking the levels of the organizational structure as one of the important dimensions of complex internal environment, complex external environment is reflected within the study as economic crisis. Using the survey tool developed by Onuk (2009), the empirical study realized in the Turkish organization of a large global company investigated decision-making process to understand how decision-making authority for different types of decisions, identified as strategic, tactical, and operational level decisions, was distributed throughout the organization levels, and how this distribution was impacted by economic crisis. La gestione delle prestazioni dei dipendenti e dei progetti e molto cruciale per i project manager, poiche li rende capaci di garantire che i dipendenti diano il massimo per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi e degli obiettivi del progetto. La gestione delle prestazioni regola le aspettative per le prestazioni dei dipendenti e li mantiene motivati a lavorare nel modo richiesto dalla natura del progetto. Per i manager il metodo per aumentare l'efficacia delle prestazioni di lavoro, il monitoraggio dei tempi e il controllo e uno strumento molto potente per le prestazioni complessive del progetto. Ma il monitoraggio e il controllo del tempo non sono facili come il modo in cui e considerato e immaginato. Questo termine di gestione e controllo del tempo e l'attribuzione di compiti diversi a forze di lavoro diverse, che possono svolgere compiti con elevate prestazioni in tempi limitati. Questo lavoro di ricerca si concentra su un approccio di ricerca costruttiva in cui verranno elaborati i concetti di Industria 4.0 al fine di discutere la fattibilita di questi concetti nel campo della gestione dei progetti e dello sviluppo dell'infrastruttura ICT per l'implementazione di I4.0 nel monitoraggio dei progetti e controllo, questa tesi aiutera anche in altre ricerche nel contesto di un approccio quantitativo incentrato sull'implementazione di Industria 4.0 nel dominio di gestione del progetto per altri potenziali problemi. n questa tesi verra adottata la famosa architettura a 5 livelli dell'industria 4.0, che comprende il livello di acquisizione dati in cui verranno raccolti i dati sull'interazione del dispositivo umano, il livello di conversione dei dati in informazioni sul dispositivo e l'interfaccia del sistema digitale, formulazione digitale di concetti e strumenti di gestione del progetto come EVM e altri calcoli utili per calcolare informazioni utili per essere confrontati per l'analisi delle prestazioni, il livello cognitivo include le prestazioni di confronto dei dipendenti e altri utili indicatori delle prestazioni, questo livello e guidato dai decisori, rende i decisori in grado di prendere la decisione corretta per la migliore esecuzione dei progetti e il livello di configurazione che puo essere guidato da un meccanismo automatizzato che puo implementare le decisioni prese dai decisori, dal mondo digitale a quello fisico o puo essere guidato dai project manager a implementare la decisione nel progetto e assegnare o riassegnare compiti diversi a forza lavoro diversa. Ai fini della sperimentazione e dell'esplorazione dei concetti, i dati utilizzati nella ricerca sono stati considerati in base agli scenari piu probabili nella gestione del progetto, il dipendente selezionato per la valutazione doveva una tipica allocazione del reddito fisso, piu probabilmente su base mensile. Individual-level performance makes employee go up to executive positions, and talents at the up affect firm-level performance via their managerial decisions. The research was conducted from four dimensions: professional desire and expectation, professional will, professional value, and professional performance. SPSS25.0 was applied in this research to analyze the data. The results indicate that primary education undergraduates have a relatively high level of professional identity of teaching. Fortress Besieged, written by Qian Zhongshu, contains rich content, uses special language, and adopts unique writing technique skills, which can be called the literary classic. Symmetry can be regarded as a kind of mirroring, like the line symmetry, the mirror image of the other parts, or rotational symmetry. While digital virtual worlds are used in the 21st century learning, advances in the capabilities and the spread of technology have fed a recent boom in interest in massively multi-user 3D virtual worlds for entertainment, and this in turn has led to a surge of interest in their educational applications. As these platforms are used more often as environments for teaching and learning, there is increased need to integrate them with other institutional systems, Web-based Virtual Learning Environments (VLE) in particular. In this paper, we briefly review the use of virtual worlds for education, from informal learning to formal instruction, and consider what is required to turn a virtual world from a Multi-User Virtual Environment into a fully fledged 3D Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). This article aims to show that behind these existing skills described in diploma supplement, are intelligences that need to be developed in the education system, as intellectual-rational intelligence, emotional intelligence and especially quantum or spiritual intelligence—as it is known in the United States.
