Abstract

This paper is a reality research on professional identity of teaching of primary education undergraduates of N Higher Normal University. The research was conducted from four dimensions: professional desire and expectation, professional will, professional value, and professional performance. SPSS25.0 was applied in this research to analyze the data. The results indicate that primary education undergraduates have a relatively high level of professional identity of teaching. Besides, there are no significant differences in aspects of gender, class, only child, and professional identity of teaching, whereas the difference in the possession of a teacher qualification certificate is prominent.
小学教育本科教学专业认同的现实研究——以N高师为例
本文是对N高师大学小学教育专业本科生教学专业认同的现实研究。从职业愿望与期望、职业意愿、职业价值、职业绩效四个维度进行研究。本研究采用SPSS25.0对数据进行分析。结果表明,小学教育本科学生对教学的职业认同水平较高。此外,在性别、班级、独生子女、教师职业认同等方面差异不显著,而在是否拥有教师资格证书等方面差异显著。
