Energy conservation could be user oriented or industry sector oriented. One of these sectors is the streetlighting— major energy consumer in the town—forming nearly 30% of each country’s consumption. Intelligent designed management of streetlighting not only reduces the energy consumption of the town, but also increases the public safety and the wellbeing. The article focuses the management of IoT for streetlighting in smart city. This is the first stage of project “Service management for IoT in streetlighting”. While the basic management principles are efficiency and fairness, the requirements of all actors must be defined. On the base of requirements, the authors synthesize the management functions with selected granularity. The chosen methodology is unified modelling language (UML): use case diagrams. Various forms of Internet finance such as third-party payment, crowdfunding, P2P lending, and internet money funds have emerged. Due to their low cost, high efficiency, and diversification characteristics, an increasing number of people are utilizing Internet finance for their businesses. This trend significantly affects traditional commercial banking operations and presents challenges. In order to gain competitive advantages through Internet finance, this paper explores how commercial banks can leverage their traditional business models. It introduces the concept, model, and characteristics of Internet finance; analyzes the importance of asset management for commercial banks; examines the influence of Internet on commercial bank’s asset management; finally proposes countermeasures for the development of Internet finance. This article provides an overview of ASD, including its characteristics, prevalence, diagnosis, and causes. The prevalence of ASD has been on the rise, with improved awareness and diagnostic tools. While genetics and environmental factors play a role, the exact causes remain elusive. Early intervention and various therapies are crucial for improving outcomes, although there is no cure. Ongoing research aims to uncover the complexities of ASD and develop effective treatments. Embracing diversity and fostering inclusion is essential for supporting individuals with ASD. As we continue to unravel the mysteries of ASD, we move closer to a more understanding and inclusive society. This article explores the role of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) in the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). A service design is designing or organizing the experience around a product and the service associated with a product’s use. For this purpose, service design uses methods and tools derived from different disciplines like information and management science. The second level of management science is about building models and implementing models on computers. The paper presents the second stage of project “Service management for IoT in streetlighting”. From several points of view a review of streetlighting management is performed: (1) design and spending; (2) network element management; (3) network management; (4) new technologies in smart streetlighting. The authors synthesize main objects classes for service management and specialized managed objects classes for two areas—Service Provision and Officer control. The used design methodology is unified modelling language (UML) and particularly class diagrams.
