From several points of view a review of streetlighting management is performed: (1) design and spending; (2) network element management; (3) network management; (4) new technologies in smart streetlighting. The authors synthesize main objects classes for service management and specialized managed objects classes for two areas—Service Provision and Officer control. The used design methodology is unified modelling language (UML) and particularly class diagrams.
