We have considered plural three-wave parametric resonant interactions of wave harmonics. We used the TSFEL regime in which the first harmonic of a space-charge wave (SCW) is much smaller than the critical frequency of two-stream instability for forming of the powerful ultrashort clusters of electromagnetic waves. Amplitude, phase and spectral analyses of the processes occurring in such devices have been carried out. We found out the conditions needed for the forming of the ultrashort electromagnetic field clusters. The energy loss of charged particle was found when it moving into external magnetic field that has the strength vector parallel to the symmetry longitudinal axis of the 3D+2D-plasma of cylindrical configuration. The obtained relation allows to find the energy loss in both of a rotary motion of particle around the cylinder and its translational motion parallel to the cylinder generatrix. The effect of non-reciprocity excitation of the eigenmodes of 3D+2D-plasma cylinder was discovered. To characterize the sample which at least must be of size of the distance between coupled-strips, a differential excitation is provided to the sensor since the sample significantly more affects the mutual capacitance existing between sensors' coupled strips than the self-capacitance, which is created between the strips and the ground area. The proposed sensor has been theoretically and experimentally investigated and obtained performance has been compared to performance of recently developed two-strip coupled-line sensor. The achievable resolution of conventional spectral estimators, used to tackle with the T-SAR vertical distribution estimation problem, highly depends on the span of the tomographic aperture and on the number of acquisitions, reason why, adaptive spectral estimators were introduced in order to ease such limitations. One specific feature of our study is that we assume a processed image noisy with a priori known type and parameters of the noise. Another specific feature is that we try to detect textural regions for a wide variety of textures without having a priori knowledge of their properties. The considered task is solved by means of trained neural networks. In the paper, we analyze the aspects of choosing input local parameters used in detection (recognition) and carrying out training.
